I can thoroughly recommend Cophall Farm Parking as they offer a professional service at a competitive price. They wern't phased by an early morning departure or by the fact that we turned up 2 hours later than scheduled upon our return. Free telephone call from airport upon arrival resulted in pick-up arriving within 10 minutes. Will definitely use Cophall Farm Parking again. Mr D. Allgood, Essex

When I initially arrived I was met by quite pleasant staff members who explained what the general procedures would be in relation to be dropped off at the terminal and how to ensure I was picked back up. I would have liked that my car was observed for any damage and milage checked, however there was no problems in the end and would reccommend this service to others as the value for money in relation to this service is hard to be beat.

I found the service very good. I have always used the big airport carparks, with the big 'busy' buses (and the mad rush to get on at the airport, but Cophall was well organised and even though there was a lot of people waiting the drivers were all prepared for 'their' passengers - all very orderly. Will definately will use Cophall again in the future, much more relaxing start to the holiday.

This was the first time we had used this car park and we were very impressed how effortless it all was. A minibus was ready to take us to the airport as soon as we had parked up and the return leg was equally as smooth - we were picked up within 15 minutes of freephoning from the terminal. The staff were friendly and efficient. All in all a very good service.

Our outbound flight was extremely early in the morning, an experience made far better by the helpful and friendly staff at Cophall Farm. The transfer driver dropped us outside departures to save us the very short walk from the bus stop. Our return journey was rounded off nicely by the very prompt pick up from arrivals and the friendly driver who filled us in on a few news items, weather update and traffic news.

Friendly staff on arrival, quick and efficient on return, the minibus was waiting for us after making the call to let them know we had passed customs. Ensure you alllow an extra 30 minutes to book in and make the transfer to the airport at the beginning of your holiday/trip.

Seamless service! Booked with ease on internet, information received was comprehensive and the parking site was easily located. The transfers were immediate both on departure and arrival. I would thoroughly recommend this facility, which represented excellend value for money; it was the cheapest I could find and the service was first class.

Even after waiting over 1/2 hour we then had further delay whilst the driver went to the North terminal to pick someone else up. It was a good job the bus was full because he then got a call to pick some more up at the south terminal on his way back.

rung for a bus, told one was on its way, bus turns up and driver said we couldnt get on and to wait for next bus as he had to go to North terminal, we didnt mind as it was freezing cold but we were made to wait, got picked up, get back to get car and the same driver was already back!!

Overall my experience of Cophall Farm was great. Handing over my keys and getting them back after was very efficient. I was slightly delayed waiting for other passengers who failed to show up then, driving to the other terminal to pick up other passengers on the return journey. Otherwise, all good.

We had a 120 mile motorway trip to Gatwick in a regularly maintained Company vehicle with no problems. What I collected on my return was an undriveable car with both front suspension coils smashed and an anti roll bar link badly bent. The vehicle was so badly damaged that the AA Relay had great difficulty loading the vehicle on to the trailer. Having just endured an 11 hour flight, it was just what we didn't want! My local Renault dealer commented that the only time that he had seen such damage was when a car had hit speed ramps at 60mph. Cophall Farm Parking maintain that it was nothing to do with them and are refusing any compensation. It cost £850 to repair and we are pursuing the case through the courts. I cannot see how a perfectly good vehicle goes in and a wreck comes out. Surely springs don't just break while supposedly just sat still for 2 weeks?

I found the staff friendly and helpful I was helped with my bags out of my car and into the bus. When we arrived back we only had to wait a matter of minutes to be picked up. Great service, great value, I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family.

This was excellent service all round, staff most helpfull and cheery even at 2.30am and they were there ready and waiting for us,both before our holiday and after,so no hanging around,not one fault on this car park,well recommened and the price is great too.

the total experience was a good one and I would not hesitate to repeat it. my only gripe is that having returned back , tired from the trip and keen to get back home the response from the pick up at Gatwick was too long. especially as we called prior to our luggage arriving ( which coincidentally too a long time ) and still we had a substanial wait at the bus stop. But as I said overall it was a good experience and I would not hesitate to do it again.

Everything was sorted out and waiting for us when we arrived even the mini bus taking us to the terminal was ready & waiting the staff were all polite and friendly and we were off on our holiday. On our return we just called the number given and by the time we came out of the terminal building the return bus was waiting which was great as we had been on a night flight and you don't want to hang around in the early hours in the cold you just want to get on your way and that's exactly waht happened. I would definately recommend this car park great value for money.

The people on the desk when we picked up the car at the end of the holiday, and when we dropped it off were extremely friendly and efficient. When we returned, the car was very close to the reception area. as they use mini buses, rather than large buses, it meant that there was not much waiting about- at a car park in luton that I have used, they wait for a proper capacity bus to be full- including standing room, before the bus leaves- very frustrating ! The wait at cophall farm was minimal. fantastic value for money, and great service ! THANK YOU.

We found the site easily and were greeted on arrival. The drop off point and reception are just past the entry barrier - so there's no wondering were you have to go! We were then taken immediately by coach to the airport. On return we rang Cophall Parking and someone arrived within minutes. He was really friendly and entertaining, plus with a warm bus, it was just what we needed after coming home to the rainy UK! It says allow 30 mins which is about right. We didn't find the distance from parking to Airport any futher than other long term parking, even when we used Gatwick Airports own Long Term parking it still took 30 mins and you have to drag your own suitcases to the bus stop! We will definitely use again.

A very slick operation bearing in mind we arrived at car park at about 3.30am. Transfer to airport was both swift & timely. Return transfer was punctual although we did have to wait 10 minutes at airport for other customers who, as it turned out, had already boarded a previous shuttle.

This is the first time that we have used Cophall Farm Parking and we were very impressed with the personal service. We were taken straight to the airport on departure and had only a five to ten minute wait for the minibus on our return. We will use the service again when we next travel from Gatwick. Thank you.

We waited over 3/4 hour (and 3 phone calls) for a minibus to arrive to take us back to the car park after our holiday. We did see other company minibuses returning a number of times to collect their passengers and did start to wish we had booked with them!! Having said that, if this issue was sorted out would definately use again. Would probably also book into their accomodation as it is reasonably priced!!
