We arrived at Copthall at 6.30am hoping to be at the North Terminal by 7.00am to check in. To our amazement we were there at 6.45. On our return we found that our car had been brought to reception and we were away within minutes. Minimum bureaucracy: maximum customer service.

We arrived at Cophall Farm very early in the morning. Staff were really friendly and check-in was very quick (no hassle). Transfer to Gatwick was quick too (didn't have to wait for mimi bus to fill up in order to go to airport). On return journey, called when baggage was received and mini bus was waiting outside for us. Check-out was as quick as check-in and before we new it we were on the motorway heading for home. Would definately use this car park again and recommend it to others.

Cophall parking is very good value for money and is one of the cheapest airport parking around. They provided a easy and stressfree transfer to and from the airport without any hassel. I would reccomend to others.

The parking and staff were just the epitomy of the words customer experience.. Looked after from start to finish.. Would definately use you guys again...keep up the good work

Very polite and helpful office staff and drivers. Instructions for pick-up on return were clear and worked well. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to anyone using Gatwick

We ran late for the parking as there had been an accident on the motorway. We had booked for parking only with transfers and called to see if a meet and greet service would be possible at the airport. The staff couldn't haven't been more helpful and by the time we had arrived at Gatwick a representative was waiting to collect the car. On our return, they were also ready for us as soon as we left arrivals. Service was second to none; I would recommend the parking to anybody. Absolutely superb!

I only wish I had known about your chalets before hand, as we could'nt get booked into a hotel anywhere the night before as they were all full, but a kind driver of yours has now given us a leaflet for when we next travel from Gatwick, other than that it was excellent.thanks

Bus drivers excellent. Very helpful with advice on how to avoid traffic build up on return trip. Very efficient service. Whilst cost of parking was competitive compared with others providing similar service, I still thought it a bit dear. May consider travelling by coach from home if fits in with flight times. I stress that I can't fault the service, though. It was first class.

Have used many car parks off site at gatwick. this is the cheapest we have found. very friendly staff, helped with baggage. didnt need to wait long to be picked up from airport. Great company!

May seem tricky to get to from the directions but actually very straight forward in practice. Transfer time about 15 mins. Driver loads and unloads bags. Staff very polite and ready with our details. No waiting on outward journey for minibus availability and only about 10minutes on return. Straight forward process and cheaper than the other parking we looked at.

excellent service, bus waiting to take us to the airport, phone once through customs no more than a five minute wait to be picked up. Even jumped started my flat battery. Will definately use again

Great Service, Van was waiting for us when we got out the airport, and even gave us some useful directions for getting back to the motorway from the Parking Place. Will use again and recommend.

This was an exceptionally positive experience which went smoothly from beginning to end. I would be happy to use this organisation again and would also advise other people to try it too. On arrival we were taken straight to airport, no hanging around. When we returned we were picked up from airport and our car was waiting at reception for us. There was no running around looking for your car which we have experienced in the past.

We arrived early at 5 am in the pouring rain. This wasn't a problem, we were welcomed and soon on a minibus on our way. We were met promptly and personally. We recommend completely.

Overall a good experience and I will use again. A few miles from the airport but buses were efficient while others crammed into other buses going to other car parks.

This is be best value for money car park i have ever been involved with. Easy to get to, helpful at reception and both transfers were extremely punctual and both drivers chatty and helpful with luggage.(unlike many others) Ringing from Gatwick on my return inside the building it took less than ten minutes for a minibus to be waiting outside. Use these people, could not fault a thing. Wont be using another car park for quite a while while this company is about.

After being picked up at the north terminal, we were upset to hear the driver had been redirected to the south terminal before we could return back to the car park. Perhaps separate transport for north and south terminals would be better. Generally though good friendly service.

I was a bit worried when I found out how far it was from the terminal, but although the transfers take a bit longer than from some of the other car parks they are quite frequent and it all went very smoothly.
