This was the best parking experience I have had. The staff couldnt do enough for you and were so chearfull. The holiday started with them and my best regards to them all.

When we arrived, our booking hadn't been passed on to Cophall Farm Parking from SimplyParking, but they took our car nonetheless, without any further charges. The transfers to the airport ran as and when necessary, and on our return, they arrived at the airport to collect us within 10 mins of calling, and were very quick to return our car & keys to us.

We telephoned Cophall, after we had collected our baggage, and walked to the bus stop, and were told that the bus would arrive shortly. However, it was 25 minutes before the bus arrived. We then had to collect other travellers from North terminal. This meant that it was over 45 minutes from our arrival at the bus stop, to collecting our car. After a long flight, this is perhaps too long.

Was good valu for money. Tranfers can take a little time if having to pick up/drop off from both terminals, best to give a good 30 minutes from car park to terminal.

From start to finish the service provided was first class. The staff were helpful, courteous and displayed good customer service skills. The 'drop off' and 'pick up' were bang on time and the transfers went quickly and smoothly. The whole operation was very professional and the premises were very secure. I could not find fault with the service and to do so would be 'nitpicking' in the extreme. I would have no hesitation in recomending this serice.

The return flight landed at 1905, we were in the shuttle by 1940 and on our way home in the car before 2000. Excellent service.

I have now used Cophall farm parking twice, and will be using them again without doubt. They are efficient without being expensive, and the staff are courteous and helpful. The pick up coach was quick to meet us on the return journey and the drivers we had were fun to chat to which put us in a holiday mood to start with. I felt confident about leaving my car at Cophall in the knowledge that it would be safe with the 24 hour survievance they have there

The service I recieved was first rate. The written directions were spot on so I had no difficulty finding the site. Can highly recommend and I will certainly use again

We have used Cophall Farm for a number of years now and have seen many changes, all of which have greatly improved what was already a fantastic service. Never any problems at all. Courteous, friendly staff - you almost feel you're leaving your car at a mates house! Well done keep up the good work!

I will most deffentely use Copehill again when i fly from Gatwick.The staff are friendly from the office to the drivers,who are most helpful.The parking is secure and i got my car the same way as i left it.Keep up the good work. See you soon.

Would definately use Cophall Farm again,the staff were very efficient, the transfer to and from the airport was very quick, making our travelling experience very relaxed.

Very friendly staff on arrival to Farm Parking despite the early hour! Fast easy pick-up on return, with clear instructions to mini-bus collection point. Happy to recommend and excellent value.

we were greeted at the reception by a very friendly member of staff who explained everything to us including the things we needed to do on returning from our holiday.on returning we rang the number given to us which was answered straight away and within 15 mins they were there to pick us up no hassle no bother and again a very friendly member of staff.we would not choose anywhere else for our holiday parking

I searched the internet for a cheap but safe car park and found cophall was the cheapest. As I'd never used them before I wondered if it was wise to go for the cheapest as it might not be up to standard, but how wrong I was to think it, the service was excellent! Straight in and the minibus was waiting for us to go to the airport, and when we got home we made a brief phonecall and 10 mins later the minibus picked us up to where our car was waiting for us, no endless searching for it, like we've experienced with others before. Very straight forward, stress and hassle free, and cheap! Thank you, we will use you everytime we go abroad from now on!

It was easy to find following the instructions and we were taken to the airport straight away. Coming home, we could not get in the first car as it was full up and although the driver said there was another car two minutes behind we had to wait 15 minutes to be collected.

Very well organised. Everyone is polite and on time. Premises secure and clean. Very close to the airport.This is the second time we have used your facilities. Will have no hesitation to recommend you and use you again in the future. Keep up the good service!

staff friendly and helpful even though very early in the morning. waited less than 5 mins for bus to airport. transfer to airport conducted efficiently with the minimum of fuss. would recommend.

The staff could not have been more friendly on arrival, the transfer to Gatwick was fast, and the driver very friendly too. However, waht really impressed us was on return from our holiday we made one phone call in baggage and by the time we got to the pick up point our driver was just arriving, taking us quickly back to the car park. There were also no further cahrges despite our flight being three hours late! Could not recommend enough.

Would recommend using this airport parking facility as good quality for money. Drop off of keys was straight forward as was collection. Transfer to and from airport was approx 10-15 mins and we didn't have to wait long, each way approx 5-10 min wait. Will def use again.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My car was well looked after and I shall certainly use Cophall Farm Parking when flying from Gatwick Airport in the future.
