I booked the day before i left as it was a late deal, I was stuck on the motor way for an hour before I arrived as they had been a fatel crash, the last thing i need was an attitude when i got to the desk as apparently my booking number was invalid!! On my return it was much better and nobody even made any comment on my so called invaild booking referrence

Friendly staff, taken to airport almost immediately. Collected from airport within 5 mins. Car ready on return and in condition as left! What more could you want when parking!!! Very happy!

what would be good would be for you to publish on the directions the longitude/latitude of the car park entrance for SatNav Users.

Lived up to all the previous reviews, which helped in selecting this parking. More than 1 minibus in use at a time and if driver doesn't ask for names you may get on wrong one, and then need to be off-loaded, doesn't help if upur luggage is at the bottom.

The service offered was very efficient & courteous with no significant delays. Allow a reasonable time for transfer as distance / route to airport is quite long.

the service was quick and efficient, I liked the personal touch ie a chatty bus driver and pick up person!! All in all I would use them again.

The car park was easy to find from the directions given, the staff were friendly and helpful, facilities were clean and transfers were prompt and hassle free.

Was not aware that the price charged for parking increases the closer you get to the departure date. If I had known this I would have booked the parking several weeks earlier. I am not aware that this is made clear in the information provided. If it is, I missed it and therefore maybe others miss it too? If it is not mentioned it needs to be, and clearly.

Noted that I was charged 8 days for 7 days parking. I appreciate that parking was spread over 8 days (Wednesday to Wednesday) but total hours was less than a week.(3pm-12noon)

Really found the parking arrangements to be very easy to use and helpful. We were a bit worried that it was a little way out but it was quicker than car parks we've used that are closer to the airport. I'd definately recommend it.

very easy to book, helpful website,cannot fault either staff or service given. I do not normally provide "references" so that should tell you how pleased we were.

Directions given were fine & we had no problem finding the site. Bus to Airport was there ready after checking in so no delay at all. No hassle on return pick-up either.

first time I have used Cophall Farm parking - but would certainly use them again, and may even make use of the accommodation next time.

Good service, quick transfers, good value. They park for you and retrieve car before you return so your car is ready and waiting. Only slight down side was more signage would be helpfull. Even so, I would definatley recommend them and would use them again next year

A excellent service that i would use again. Very helpfull staff and a very quick transfer to the airport and £30 cheaper than parking at Gatwick.

From arrival we met friendly staff who had a transfer bus ready and waiting and on our return we only had to wait a matter of minutes before being picked up from gatwick and taken back to get out car. It was a speedy professional service and I would highly recommend Cophall Farm and would definitely use them again when I needed to.
