Good instructions given to find copehall. Easy and quick to book in. Assistance given with luggage. Within a few minutes we was on our way to airport. Given a card as receipt for car keys, it also had phone number to ring once returning to Gatwick. Only waited 5 mins for minibus to pick us up. Car was ready and conveniently parked. We would certainly use this service again.

They were excellent! No waiting around. We arrived, checked in and were taken to the airport within 10 mins. On the return, we were collected within 10 mins and our call to advise we had out luggage, was taken very politely.

We will certainly use them again. The service was quick and efficient, the staff helpful and friendly.

Found the place easily which is a bonus at these car parks(last few we have used took us 40 minutes to find) on arrival drivers very friendly, helped us out of the car with luggage, customer services girls were very helpful. This company seem to be working hard on getting it right and giving us what we want from a car park. The experience was very good, quick and efficient. We called them as instructed on landing and within 5 minutes they were there.

The car park was easy to find with the directions given on the web site. Very friendly staff, very quick dilivery to the airport with a friendly polish driver, and on the home journey also very quick pickup. The car was ready and waiting outside reception on our return.Brilliant will use this car park again.

I got lost trying to find the parking...my out of date sat nav took me onto a dairy farm in the opposite direction! Follow the directions given on the website to avoid delays. Otherwise, great quality of service and value for money.

Booking was easy after we were let down by a taxi at the last min. Price was super! Easy print out voucher, Super directions, and friendly staff ensured confidence for us to have a great holiday, On return what a service, early morning fast pick up and the car was ready after the 10min trip. Top class service. Directions were great, it was easy to find. Price we were happy with. Service was good even at the ridiculous hour of the morning which we departed. Highly reccomend this parking service.

Excellent facilities, and good transfers, just call and 10 minutes later the mini bus was ther for us. I will recomend Cophall Farm Parking to my friends and will use it again in the future

Quick adn easy to book, easy to find using satnav and located close to Gatwick airport, the staff were very friendly, and the drop-off and pick-up service was quick as promised. Good service all round.

Having found this was about the cheapest place to park I was slightly sceptical. However after reading some reviews I 'risked' it. We arrived at 3am having found the directions easy. Got a transfer straight away and in less than 15 minutes were at the airport. On our return we called (as instructed) for the pick up, but a bus was already there so we got straight on that, couldn't be easier. We won't bother searching for other places to park in future.

I called from Copenhagan to say flight was delayed. I then called to say I had arrived (albeit late)awaiting luggage - the response was "call back when luggage received as there were numerous passengers on numerous buses". So I went to the bus stop and spoke to a driver who said he was full but there will be another bus in a couple of minutes, so I waited and waited until I finally called The Farm again 30 mins later and a bus finally arrived 55 mins after I had arrived at the bus stop. Pity.

Helpful and efficient. We only had to wait a few minutes for the pick-up and our car was ready outside. Good value.

because you get a minibus service to the terminal there is no cramped standing like on the 'onsite' coach serviced car parks, plus there is space for everyones luggage. because the minibus driver gets a call to say how many passengers there is none of the waiting round like with the coach serviced car parks.

Always taken a cab when flying.....no more...first class service all round could not have been any easier......Highly recommended.

It was a very easy booking in process and the staff were very helpfull. The vehicle was inspected for bumps and scratches as we were driven away on the bus. I feel this should have been done in my presence and the same done before collection on my return. Apart from that it was a stress free way to start the holiday.
