Excellent service as promised. Prompt journey to the airport on the way out. Slight wait on the return journey. Staff were helpful, efficient, and the service was easy to use Thank you. Would recommend and use again.

The car park was easy to find, the reception was warm, the transfer to the airport fast, we waited on the way back 10-15 minutes and the mini bus arrived for my family and 6 other peoples. The return journey was good enough and the driver friendly giving us very useful information regarding current traffic issues, directions to rejoin the motorway and safety. The service was worth the money even if it can always be more competitive and therefore cheaper. Thank you.

The parking was very straightforward and everything went very smoothly on the outward and return journeys and what made it all far more pleasent was the lovely manner of the staff. We travel abroad at least three times a year and will always use your facilities in the future and will not hesitate to recommend you to family and friends. Many thanks .

Not used Cophall Farm Parking before so I did feel a little anxious on the day. Directions, easy enough and arrived to a friendly reception. Parked the car and within 5 minutes we were boarding the minibus so no waiting around (thankfully). The journey was a short distance of say another 15 minutes. On our return, and after being delayed 5 hours (and with a little one) we were exhausted and just wanted to get home. I did forget to call to explain the delay but they were already monitoring this as they had our flight number. Once we collected suitcases we called and within 10 minutes the minibus had arrived and took us straight back where our car was waiting for us. Really impressed with the service and would definitely use them next time.

I was a bit apprehensive about the security and the transfers and because it was one of the cheapest car parks. It was EXCELLENT. We got there the bus was waiting took about 15 mins transfer to Gatwick. They took our car its in a secure carpark with security cameras. When we come bak from a weeks holiday we telephoned them when we got through customs and the bus was there. In my experience why bother using a more expensive car park its just as good as the others i should imagine if not better. I will definetly be using cophall again

I have used other parking faclities at the airport and this was the second time at Cophall farm. I will definitely be using this parking facility again.

We checked in quickly with efficient staff and boarded a mini coach straight away. We were dropped off given instructions for our return. Very smooth.

We were running late, told the receptionist and she made sure we got on a coach immediately with no hanging around, and we made our flight.

If you use North terminal its slow. We called after we got our bags at 17.45, and after waiting for the minibus, visiting South Terminal, and then the longish drive, we arrived at the car park at 18.20.

We were pleased with all aspects of the parking service but were particularly impressed by the very helpful and friendly transfer drivers. Checking in, and out, was very efficient, and transfer minibuses were very prompt.

Transfer and pick up to and from North Terminal were very good - immediate out, about 15 mins wait on return (at midnight). Directions to car park easy to follow. Car waiting on arrival.

Everything worked very well. We would use this service again as it was cheaper than other airport parking and yet efficient.

This is the second time we have used Cophall Farm Parking and we will do so again in future. Can't fault it. Very good service.

They did exactly "what it says on the tin"; online booking was easy as was dropping the car off, the transfer, the collection and then picking the car up, which was particularly welcome as we'd been travelling for the best part of 18 hours.

Everything worked very smoothly on both legs of the trip. Drivers were friendly and helpfull. It was easy to find and the journeys between park and airport were quick and comfortable. Just what was needed.

The directions they gave to Cophall Farm were clear, precise and correct. The staff were helpfull and friendly. The transfer coach was clean, and the driver was helpfull with our bags. Everything was on time. I would certainly use them again.

Directions to car park were perfect and easy to follow. There was a simple secure booking in process. We were dealt wth by very helpful and friendly staff, in particular the minibus driver. We were collected from airport promptly and returned to our car which was waiting by the reception for us at 1am. Couldn't have gone better. We happily recommend using Cophall Farm.

I was flying out and arriving back in the early hours, but still received friendly service, and the bus for transfers were punctual, very impressive

Facilities were good and the service is run exactly as it says on the website. Will definitely use them again!
