Excellent service, incredibly quick transfers to and from the airport, if you're the only person waiting they will send a bus out just for you!! And they were the cheapest!

Could'nt fault the transfers, and having used the facility before was exactly as expected, quite seamless.

Difficult to locate first time ,directions supplied were innacurrate so had to call. Once there the facilities are very good, and staff helpfull. Transfer to airport went smoothly, about 20 minutes but return took longer than expected as we had to wait 40 mins for a minibus as although others came every 10 minutes, because there were 4 of us plus luggage they hadn't enough room to fit us in as well as the other transferees.In fairness this may have been because our flight was delayed an hour, but that then made our journey home all the longer ( and surely delays aren't uncommon). I would say that if time is not an issue, then this is good value , but for a speedier journey, pay more and choose a closer parking facility.

customer service,facilities, transfer, and value for money all top marks from my point a veiw. Only one thing i would say, i had to wash my car (quite dusty) when i got home.

The service was as described on the site, although away from the Airport the directions were accurate and easy to follow, contrary to some of the comments of other reviewers, i'm not sure how you could find it difficult! Simple arrive and park and quick efficient check in with courtesy mini bus ready to go, whole process, including the 10 min drive to Airport only approx 20 mins. Return also smooth, despite being rush hour. Will use again.

Very pleased with all aspects of using Cophall Farm. Transfers were first class both to and from the Airport. So much better than strugglng with your own cases onto the crowded shuttle buses to get to the on site Airport parking and having to worry about which bus stop to get off. Will definitely use again and would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.

Well organised service. Minibuses on time to and from the airport. Very friendly staff from the reception team to the drivers. Would definitely use again.

excellent service prompt tranfer to and from airport very secure just an idea for an extra bit of money it would be good to have the car cleaned and valeted when collecting vehicle.

I was very impressed with the overall service. This was the first time I have used Cophall Farm Parking and I would definitely use then again next time I go on holiday. I found it to be a quicker service than on-airport parking. I didn't have to wait at all for the transfer to the airport and was the only one on the coach. When I returned, I called Cophall Farm and they picked me up within 10 minutes. The car was in good order when I returned too with no extra mileage on the clock.

Efficient, friendly, good price. Transfeered immediately to airport and only had to wait for 5-10 mins for the bus to arrive to return us to the car. Would happily use the service again.

We've used several airport parking companies in the past and Cophall Farm is by far the best we've used. Their facilities are are very good, everything runs smoothly, the staff are friendly and top it all they're excellent value for money. Exactly what you want after a long flight.

Arrived at parking site, checked in at the reception we were on the minibus to the airport within five minutes. Return transfer, rang pickup number in the arrivals area by the time we made it down to the pickup point the mini bus was waiting for us. We will use Copall Farm again and would definitely recommend.

Booking was very easy and fast on line. All the information was clear and up to date. Staff were helpful and good natured. Always a big plus for customers. I have recommended this service to friends who are flying out of Gatwick.

Service both ways was efficient. Transfer time is fine from here and didn't have to wait long (although they did hide their mini-bus behind a coach at the return bus-stop so do walk along and check). Facilities (from reception to toilets, drinks machine) very smart and well maintained.

Directions were veery easy to use and found the car park without any difficulties. Passed over our relative documents and were on and leaving in the mini bus approx 15 mins later. All very efficient and what was needed after a 3 hour journey. Most of all I think it is total value for money. Have already told friends about them and am using them for when I go away in September.

On arrival we had a very fast book in and immediate airport transfer. On return we only waited a few minutes for pick up, and our car was ready and waiting on arrival back to the park. Could have wished for no better service. Thank you.

I have never had quite such an easy 'parking experience' at Gatwick. With no negotiation of the airport car parks etc, they dropped us and picked us up from directly outside South Terminal. I will definitely use them again.

Everything went like clockwork; staff very helpful and keen to keep us on schedule. Importantly for us, having read Which reports, no mileage was clocked up, so parking was on site.
