We were very pleased with the service. However the rear view mirror was off when we returned to the car. Although this could have been an accident it would have been nice if someone had mentioned it.

We parked our car for 3 weeks whilst we went on holiday and the transfer to Gatwick North was quick and a very friendly female driver. Booked the car in with no hassel and easy instructions to follow. On return phoned having just got our luggage and as instructed over the phone went to the pick up point, very congested at the door way out of the airport but only waited at the pick up point 10 mins, then straight to collect the car. Everything was well organised and efficient.

On the way out, I managed to find the site fairly easily using my GPS system, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a minibus ready to transfer me and a few others to the airport almost immediately. On the way back, after getting through customs, I had to ring a freephone number (provided beforehand) to arrange the pick up from the airport. The minibus took a little while to arrive but once it was there the driver was very friendly and offered some advice on the best way to get back onto the motorway from the car park. The staff at the parking site were once again friendly and helpful, and my car was waiting for me in the same condition that I left it. Overall, a very positive experience. It was the cheapest Gatwick parking I could find, but the service was excellent. Recommended.

We were nearly going to miss our flight due to M25 traffic congestion but thanks to the staff's efficiency at Cophall Parking we got to the airport in time and that was the beginning of a nice relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. We would use that car park again.

Great parking staff very helpful and smiley. Got straight on bus to go to terminal when arrived after our suitcases were loaded. On return a quick phone call later and our mini-bus arrived to take us back. No waiting around and our car was there waiting for us. A very pleasant experience.

We had an early start but the staff were friendly and helpful, waited about 5 mins for coach. The drop off point and pick up were the same place so easy to find on return , phoned up when we cleared baggage handling and as we walked to the bus stop the bus arrived. Courteous and friendly driver and office staff, will book all our gatwick trips with them in the future.

The car park was easy to find. Check in was quick and efficient. On our return from holiday, I rang the Cophall Farm Parking after we cleared customs and the minibus was already on its way. It arrived at the coach stop just as we did! Friendly cheerful staff and efficient service. Well done and thank you. Will definitely be using you again.

Great start to our holiday and we were collected within 10 mins of leaving the airport on our return, the drivers were friendly and we found the service overall to be excellent, we will be recommending you and using you in the future.

love the mini vans that take you to and from airport, hardly any walking or waiting involved! excellent!

Drivers were very friendly and helpful, I was particlarly impressed with the speed they arrived at the pick up Point in Gatwick Airport after I called them.

Being cheaper that most other companies, I was naturally hesitant and decided to peruse other user reviews on the internet before I confirmed my booking. I ended up parking my car for 3 weeks. Arriving on place, there was a coach ready to depart. They were only too happy to wait for us to do the check-in. The driver even helped us load the bags onto the mini-van. The transfer to the airport was quick and comfortable, and the driver helpful on arrival. They gave me a card with the number and instructions to arrange to collection on my return. The day we got back, out flight was late and the bags took an eternity at Gatwick. All this time lost did make our booking longer than the number of days we reserved by about 3 hours in total, but I wasn't asked to pay any extra. I rung them on leaving the arrivals lounge - surprise, there was already a van that would take us back. No waiting time there - hooray. Collecting the keys took all of 1 minute and within another 5 we had all our bags in the car and left happy. The car was perfectly parked close to the exit, and there was no extra mileage whatsoever, so I'm reassured they hadn't been using it for mini-cabbying :)) I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and thoroughly recommend their services. The facility is quite small, so there may be a risk of unavailability, but I used it at the beginning of the holiday period and there was room for my car. The transfer buses have room for only 8 people; on our return we could not get on the first bus, and had to wait for an additional few minutes. The transfer takes a good 20 min, and would be longer at peak times; leave extra time before checkin - we nearly missed our flight.

Very smooth professional operation. Staff and drivers very very couteous and helpful. We would recommend to friends.

Excellent and efficient service with no waiting and immediate transport to and from the airport. Definitely far easier than driving around Gatwick car parks and then having to get a bus to the airport. Very direct route from M25.

The parking offered value for money and gave us an excellent service to start and end our holiday - I would use this car park again.

No problem being off site and possibly even an advantage because easy to find and less busy although still convenient. One of the few to transfer to both south and north terminals and good value for money.

On arrival (at 5am) we were greeted by a friendly lady who dealt with us swiftly and tols us that we would be on the 2nd coach. We only had to wait a short while before being taken to the airport. On our return the coach was already at the bus stop. The driver was friendly and chatty. The car was ready to pick up when we got to the Parking.

Cannot fault the service, very friendly staff, clear instructions and very close to the airport and most important of all so much cheaper than the rest! Will definately use again and recommend to friends and family.

The staff were friendly and the transfer bus clean and comfortable. Everything was on time both ways, with no delay in waiting for the transfer on our return home. Full marks all round to all concerned. The staff were also helpful with luggage, which was particularly good, as both my wife and I suffer from back strain at times! Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone seemed up beat and good natured.
