the whole process was very smooth.easy to find site friendly staff punctual transfers no hanging around.all together a very easy experience

On arrival, we were on the transfer minibus within five minutes and driven to the airport. Minibus was punctual in collecting us on our return. Return to Cophall Farm to collecting car was again completed in minutes. Will definately use again.

Courteous and efficient. No waiting at either end. Polite and friendly both at the office and during the transfers. Very difficult to find any fault in the service we received.

Easy booking on the web, chatty and safe drivers for the transfers.My family and myself were delayed upon our return and despite the fact i had booked a later arrival time,an older male receptionist felt the need to enquire why i was ringing on the emergency number (the other number didn't work!) and that i had arrived late.A very rude and abrupt remark to welcome us home - shan't be using them again despite the lovely drivers.

The parking directions and facilities were great value for money. The reception staff were very polite, and the drivers were also very efficient. No problem with drop off, you are told which stand to get picked up from, on our return driver was waiting for us, after a simple phone call. Excellant service.

had a small problem with the change of flight time, we were not expected for another 12hours or so but it was soon sorted out. the serice was very good and will probably use again,well worth the money.

Excellent friendly service. We were able to use our child seat in the transport to the airport and they brought it with them when we were collected. A well organised efficient opperation.

Everything worked well for us. Transfers were efficient, directions clear and we were very pleased with the service.

Satnav took me directly to the car park. Then from then on the service was fantastic. From arriving to taking the transfer to the airport, no waiting around. On arrival back to the UK the transfer was with us within minutes and collecting my car keys took no longer than 1 minute. Thanks Cophall parking, i will definately use you again.

Directions to car park easy to follow even in the middle of the night! Warm reception, minibus with engine running waiting. When we returned we rang number on card, 5 min walk to pick up point, mini bus there within minutes. Friendly drivers both ways, car keys ready and waiting for us. Will use again. Thank you.

On previous occasions we have stayed at B & B houses near Gatwick. This was the first time we chose to stay at an off airport parking location. I looked on the website of gosimply.com and read many excellent reviews of Cophall Farm Parking. I decided to go with this company. I can echo the reviews. Absolutely first class service from start to finish. We will definitely use them again.

Friendly staff at the desk; helpful and efficient drivers to the airport. Have used Copthall Farm Parking before and they are always excellent, efficient, punctual and friendly.

Everything was fine and there was no waiting for the tranfer bus at either end, no propblems there. Compared with other parking tarifs this was good value for money and an easy process.

I Found this carpark very easy to find, minibuses where clean tidy and on time. The carpark was very safe with a looked compound for the cars.Staff where quick to answer phones and frienly even when it was 5.30am. Will recommend this airport carpark to others really worth the money.Well done

The fact that I was able to phone for the bus when I had my luggage meant that the bus came on demand. I did not have to think "have I just missed one" or "how long will I have to wait for the next one " The service was superb, from the instructions on how to get there and then for my onward journey. The price was very reasonable.
