the service here was efficient and proved to be reliable which is just what I needed after a tiring over nite flight back to the UK.I will certainly be comming back here when I again fly from Gatwick.

Staff were efficient and friendly including driver who was extremely polite and helpful. So nice to pay for something and feel that the price is competitive with a superior service. I was late & the bus driver really did his best to get there asap with no faffing around!

when we got there we handed keys in got on the waiting minibus and went straight to the south terminal. On the way back, after getting through customs rang number we was given on arivel. When we got the pickup point just outside the building the minibus was waiting for us again. Te drivers both ways where very friendly and helpful.I can honestly say very good service in all and I will cetanly use copphall farm again.

It was all so quick! An easy check in and almost immediate transfer tothe airport. On our return we only had to wait a few moments before the transfer coach arrived. Staff in both directions were helpful. An experience I would want to repeat.

The fastest and most efficient service I have experienced on and off airport. Excellent Value for Money. I will use Cophall again & thoroughly recommend them to others.

I've not used Cophall Farm before as I usually seek out the big names in airport parking. However, after a quick web search a competetive price appeared and I booked it. Wow! What service! No hanging around in the early hours for another cold 'standing room' only bus, the driver even loaded and unloaded our luggage, and a friendly chat with the driver(s) on route. It's a no-brainer! I won't bother searching next time - Cophall Farm it is!

A pleasure to use, excellent service even in early hours of the morning.On return we did not have to wait long for pick up, check out was quick and easy and car out front waiting. Would use Cophall Farm again.

Easy to find from directions given, Fast efficient service to and from the airport, Only on snag was the walk from the drop off point but that could be to do with on going works at the airport, Overall an excellent service.

Both journeys to and from the airport were stress-free. The staff were polite and helpful on both occasions. Despite arriving back at Gatwick at midnight, we did not have to wait long for the minibus to arrive and pick us up. Would definitely use you again, although it did seem a long drive back on our return journey.

Directions to the park were good, check-in procedures quick and efficient and the transfer was quick. We were delayed on our return which did not trouble them at all. WE will certainly use them again.

Overall very pleased with the service however it did stipulate on the booking form that the distance from Cophall farm to Gatwick was 3 miles when in fact it was twice this distance.

Would highly recommend Cophall Farm parking. Fast efficient service, bus was waiting for us on the return.

I really have no negative comments at all. picked up very quickly, car waiting and ready once back at Cophall farm.

we arrived about 2hours early, but not a problem, car was checked in on arrival and inspected for marks or damage before being parked by staff in secure car park, they even reset the trip meter to record mileage, on return the car was brought from parking area to collection point, the only thing they didnt do was clean it,but i'm sure they would if you asked for it. Excellent service

I found this company to be highly efficent with friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. They even corrected me when I was exiting at Gatwick South when I needed Gatwick North which saved me much time and inconvenience. Upon my return from holiday the pick up bus was there to greet me and the whole experience was very comfortable and smooth. Good value for money and I would definately use this Company again.
