Check-in was immediate with no waiting. The bus left as soon as we were ready. Upon return the bus was waiting for us by the time we walked to the bus stop and we collected our car and were on our way without any fuss. Best Gatwick experience to date.

if you don't care about time go for it friendly, approachable staff - also helpful with the luggage no drawbacks!

When I arrived they were expecting me and the minibus left immediately at 445am. On my return I telephoned and they arrived promptly at 450pm; I was the only person on the journey and the driver was helpful and friendly. My car awaited my arrival and was just outside.

The car park was secure, you didn't have to wait very long to be collected or dropped off, the staff were friendly and efficient and the price was reasonable. Would use again.

Easy to find using my sat nav, great friendly staff, quick service, Phoned after getting cases on the way home got outside terminal and had to wait just 2 minutes. We will use them agian if we fly from Gatwick.

The place was a bit difficult to find. I drove past it probably because I wasnt paying much attention but a more eye catching sign could be a good Idea. The customer service is excellent and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Transfers were faultless. It might be a good Idea to have better lighting in the car collection area. The service is good value for money. I will be using the service again and fully recommend it.

Staff were friendly, car park was well maintained and minibuses were fairly new and comfortable.

every thing was easy to do the guy in the taxi was friendly and finding the place was easy but the reception reminded me of a chinese takeaway with the rather high table

We felt very efficient transfer on our outward journey but we had a long wait for the transfer on our return and then had to go to the South Terminal to pick up more passengers.

I have used Cophall Farm before and found the service excellent value for money and a friendly service. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end.

This is the first time I have used this car park. I felt my car would be safe as there are cameras, fencing,lighting etc and was very happy with the service. Within 5 mins of driving the car in we was on our way to the airport!! Coming back was the same. I called them when we came through customs and they was there in 10 mins - enough time to have a ciggie ;-) Will be parking my car here again in the future.

We have used this service on several occassions over the years. Very good value for money and very good customer service. Would recommend to others.

A very well thought out setup where everything went like clockwork, there was no delays or waiting for a bus to take you to the airport and they were very prompt in picking you up from the airport

the service was quick and uncomplicated. it was easy to find. just what u need really and a good price too.

Although slightly further away from the airport than expected, for the price I fully recommend this service. The drop off and transfer were handled very efficiently by the friendly & helpful staff and the minibus was waiting for us on our return.

very good sevice provided all round. We departed from south terminal and were due to arrive back at North so the driver even showed us were to go for our return pickup. Transfers both directions were punctual and efficient. All in all very good value for money, would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Very good , was so nice to pick car up on a cold winter evening at 8.00 pm , engine running car defrosted and by the exit -- how good will that fill after a 5 hour flight and need to get home on a cold witner evening - a little touch but worth a fortune Thank you

On arrival we were able to check in immediately, with a fast service, there was a coach ready and waiting to take us to the airport. When arriving back, once we had cleared customs, phoned Cophall, who instructed us where to go, we had only just arrived at the designated stop, and the coach arrived, within about ten minutes we were back at the car park, where our car was ready and waiting for us. All staff we pleasant and helpful, and I will certainly recommend Cophall Farm Parking to others, and will be using them again myself. Many thanks

I have used Cophall Farm Parking twice now and I have always found the service very efficient and professional. They asked me to call them when I arrived back in the UK once I had collected my luggage which I did. They told me that they would be at the bus stop within 10 minutes. In fact, the bus had to wait for me!
