Travel directions are accurate,the checking-in process is quick and simple and the transfer is carried out quickly and without fuss. Building changes at Gatwick North results in a longer walk to and from the terminal but the service overall is value for money

Chosen because of cost, but standard as good, if not better than the more expensive options. Would be happy to use facilities again. Luggage fitted inside minibus and wasn't in a trailer. Very prompt delivery to terminal and collection via comfortable, clean minibus.

The waiting area at Gatwick South was very crowded, as a lot of people were waiting for car park coaches.

I must admit I am always nervous about leaving my car 'off site' at any airport as you hear of horror stories with cars being damaged etc. However my fears were soon put to rest by the very polite and professional staff at Cophall, and excellent security features. There was virtually no waiting time between parking and the short transfer to the terminal, and on arrival back the transfer bus was there within minutes! I can't recommend them enough as a very professional and cost effective service. Thank you

Great place, 10 mins from airport. One slight concern was the directions provided could be a little better as we were trying to locate at night, other than that I could recomend this facility to anyone requiring short or long term parking near Gatwick airport.

Very easy to find, very heplful ill the bags dropped off first class. when arrived back informed us where the bus would be waiting. will use again.

We were booked in immediately on arrival and the coach was ready to take us immediately to Gatwick South. On our return a quick call to Cophall ensured we did not have to wait long for the coach to arrive. Both ways the drivers were friendly and helpful.

All went as planned with transfer to terminal prompt and speedy. Return transfer was only about 6 minutes wait and the driver was very pleasent . Everything was to a very good standard and I will use again when I need parking at Gatwick.

A well-organised business, which delivered on all counts. Staff were courteous and helpful, and transfers were quick and easy. This was our first experience with Cophall Farm Parking and we will certainly be using them again. Highly recommended.
