I left my mobile phone on my car seat at 4.30 am and only realised once we got to Gatwick. I telephoned the office and one of the staff found my car, phone, got me my daughter's number from my contacts and put the phone in the glove compartment and then rang me back. Superb service. Transfers were on time, quick and easy. Also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

My van had a flat battery but the staff had already checked my van and jump started it and when we arrived it was running and warm with the heater on. My only negative comment is the distance from being dropped off to terminal at the North Terminal when you are dragging 2 surfboard bags and trying to push 2 trollies between 3 people. Otherwise - excellent service and will be using again soon.

very easy to book online, easy to locate on the day, when i called to advise we had arrived pickup was farely quick.

The least expensive Gatwick parking but the best we've found. A very efficient organization which is a rarity these days. We hope they keep up the good work, we'll certainly use them next time.

Site is easy to find and staff are welcoming and look pleased to see you - rather than the disinterested approach we have experienced elsewhere. Transfer was almost immediate with an attentive driver who asked us to fasten our seat belts before we set off. Transer back on return was equally seamless and car was returned in pristine condition. Excellent service and thoroughly recommended as exceptional value for money compared to what you would pay elsewhere.

Everything was as in previous reviews. The transfers to/fro Gatwick were frequent and especially on return when our plane was delayed by about half an hour, which by then was past midnight. We were not charged for an extra day, and the car-recovery process was speedy and efficient. We would definitely use and recommend this parking service

great experience, from the time we arrived it was a very smooth operation, transfer was very quick and the return was just as quick and the price was great, would recommend to others and use again.

I realise that Cophall need to schedule and minimise their bus trips to and from the airport by carrying as many customers as possible at a time, but we ended up waiting in the bus at the airport for some time for people who didn't appear. Frustrating at the end of your holiday.

No fuss. No waiting. Quick transport to airport. Cheaper than some other parking providers. I would use again.

After 15 hours in a plane all you want to do is jump in the car and get home to bed. CFP made the dream a reality, thanks.

Good car park but a fair distance from the airport if you are coming from the north (You leave M23 at junction 10 which is after Gatwick) Transfer however was quick.

as first time flyers was a bit worried about parking these guys made my mind at rest fast transfers and pick up on time with the car waiting for us when we got back will be booking with them again.......

1. As my family was approaching the Bus Stop/Stand on our arrival at the airport- l sighted your driver who was just starting off having picked very few passengers. I gave a sign at him to wait to collect us along- but he paid no attention of any kind. It was painfull! 2. one guy at the reception at your depot/CPF should be taught how to wear a friendly-user face at customers. He is the 1st CPF customer to be seen at the desk. Its important that his looks portray a warm welcome. ...l will continue to patronise you though & have advised a friend to engage your services already. Kind regards

Dropping-off car and keys was easy, with a smooth tansfer to the airport in less than 15minutes. Pick-up was efficient (with 3 coaches at the airport, even though it was 11pm!)and smooth key and car collection got us quickly back on the road home. Overall, a very good experience - in fact the most cost-effective off-airport car paking we have had at Gatwick to-date.

First class friendly professional service. Cars are kept at location, and you're off to the airport minutes after arriving. On return one phone call and the transfer minibus was at the pick up location before we where. Can't fault it, would use again.
