Upon arriving at reception the staff were welcoming and friendly. Owning a RX8 i'm always nervous leaving my car with anyone but when I mentioned my car they knew the correct procedures to follow to avoid the well known flooding issue that rotary engines suffer from. Once the keys were handed over I was transferred straight away to the airport. On my return I had to wait no longer than 10min for the return transfer to appear and my car was ready and waiting out the front of reception. I would definitely recommend this company who provide excellent service at a competitive rate.

We arrived in the evening after the cold spell where there had been quite a lot of snow. My car was just outside the reception and not only had been warmed up and free from frost but all the snow which had no doubt fallen on the vehical, clear.We then could head for home straight away. I was very impressed with this service.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everythong was done to a high standard with exceptional professionalism and very friendly staff which made this much better than any of the other Parking Venues I have used.

I will use them again on my next travel and will recommend to my friends.

It was great to know we were leaving the car in safe hands and we could just get on with enjoying our holiday, very efficient.

It was my first time ever leaving my car at an airport and I will definitely be doing it again. These guys were very organised and everything ran effectively and efficiently. We waited about 2 mins when we arrived, our car was parked and we were driven to the airport. On the way back we waited about 15 mins which was fine (it was also during the heavy snowfall). Our car was waiting for us, heaters on and ready to go. I'd definitely use them again.

Value for money and friendly drivers/staff. My car was waiting for me running and defrosted!!Recommended Parking facility and will use them in my future travel. Many thanks

Having been delayed by an air traffic strike cophall farm told us not to worry and they would pick us up without any extra charge. The only slight downside was the directions given by the booking agency which led us into Kent by using their sat nav directions

Loved that you had actually taken the trouble to start my car and run in view of the very low temperatures. Will definately use you any time I fly from Gatwick

as i travelled during the bout of snow recently for gatwich, they were open and more than happy to help me out. a big thank you to all the staff working there

the service was very friendly, the transfer to the airport left on demand and was not more than 5-10 mins. would use this car park again

Very good service no hanging about in rain or cold in long term car park and struggling to take cases on and off bases and having to stand because all seats are taken . We are all over 65yrs and find it much less stressfull experience. well done.

The service was slick, transfers were quick and efficient, I couldn't park for a day in carparks in my home town for the amount I spent for this service for 3 days so very pleased about that. Have used before and would use on my next trip.

Apologies, due to adverse weather conditions i did not make my proposed trip therefore had no use of the parking at Cophall Farm.

What can i say the staff and service are excellent, we could not have been more happier to see them when they picked us up from Gatwick after a long 26hrs to get home from the Maldives. Our flight was cancelled coming into Gatwick and we landed at Heathrow because of the snow, we then had to get onto a coach to Gatwick, so we were hours late contacting Cophall to come and get us, but that was not a problem for them they were great, we was the first to be picked up at the bus stop, and left lots of very jealous people hanging around in the freezing snow. The lady that picked us up was very friendly and chatty even though it was late. When we got to the car it was warmed up and cleared of the snow. Thank you so much Cophall Farm i would definatly recommend them.

Despite being diverted to Heathrow on our return due to the closure of Gatwick due to snow, Cophall were very helpful. They oicked us up promptly from our coach, they had dug our car out of the snow and started it to warm it up for us. And they did not charge us extra for the extra day.

We were greeted appropriately transferred quickly and collected promptly.Overall a very good service.

These guys offer a good professional service. Used these before and were impressed. This time returning to Gatwick under heavy snow our flight was over an hour delayed. They arrived within 10-15minutes from phoning so we stayed warm inside, then when we returned our car was ready to collect and nicely warmed and frost free. No delays waiting to defrost! Excellent service.
