I have read some good reviews before trying Cophall Farm parking. Well, indeed my experience has been very good. Very prompt transfer both ways, which make the trip very efficient. Will definitely use them again if I am flying from Gatwick.

Easy directions to site, straight forward check-in and a speedy transfer. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The cost was extremely reasonable and I'll be using CFP again.

Efficient service at a competitive price. Staff were very friendly and curtious. On the way back, the driver greated each one of us by our name and asked if we had had a good time. The size of the coach was smaller than usual making it a more friendly trip. The driver handled all the bags, unlike the bigger coaches where you have to lift the cases yourself. Only one negative comment - the seat belt of one of the seats was broaken on the way out.

Well beyond the call of duty when starting up our car at 6am on a cold & frosty morning to ensure it was warm & all the windows were clear. Ready for us to drive home. We will definitely be using this value for money service again. Thankyou so much

My experience on my outward journey was fab; very friendly and fast service... But...I'd like CFP to be aware that when returning to Gatwick as a lone female at night I had a slight problem with being picked up by the driver. He had mis-spelled my name on his passenger list and at first refused to let me on the bus. A lot of people were jostling to get on and I had to be extremely persistent in convincing him I had already spoken to a girl in the office. This was quite unexpected as I had phoned the CFP office as I exited customs and was first to arrive at the designated bus stop. Other than this my experience was very good, I just think they were at risk of leaving me in a vulnerable position. The driver later admitted he couldn't read his hand-writing but did not apologise for his mistake. a less assertive person would have been left in the cold waiting for another shuttle bus. If it hadn't been for this I would have rated the service as perfect.

More than 10 minuites from the airport : plan for 30 minuites. Easy to find (even in the middle of the night) very efficient both going and on my return. I was very happy with the service

arrival and transfer fine. significant delay to get transfer on return. Also you miss a profit opportunity by not offering a car cleaning/valet service as some of your competitors do.

I booked Cophall Farm Parking on the strength of other customers reviews, and I definitely wasn't disappointed. Friendly staff, and a very quick transfer to the airport. On return I phoned as instructed, and when I got to the allotted bus stop the transfer bus was ready and waiting. I will definitely use CPF again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Very clear directions which helped us find the car park easily. Once we got there it was pretty straightforward. The only thing I would say is the buses are not very big so we had to let go 2 before we were driven to the airport terminal. Once we were on the bus, it took about 10 mins to get there. On the way back, we called the office to let them know we had arrived and they told us where to go to get the bus. Again, we had to wait for a couple of buses as the previous two were full but we didn't have to wait long for ours. At the office, it was all handled very efficiently and in a friendly manner. I would definitely use Cophall Farm Parking again.
