when i returned from my holiday i rang them they told were to meet the mini bus and said they would be there in 10 mins. When i got back to Cophall farm my car was reaady in the reception area with the engine running and the heater on which was nice with the weather freezing thanks.

Cophall Farm had the cheapest parking available and the staff were friendly and helpful. The transfer to Gatwick took about 10-15 minutes. Picking up the car was easy. We called the freephone number given to us at checkin when we'd collected our luggage and we were picked up about 10 minutes later.

Easy to find and very nice helpfull staff. Only wish that I could buy the parking direct through the company and did not have to go through other sites.

From start to finish an excellent experience.Very well run site. On our return to a freezing cold Gatwick they were kind enough to have our engine running to warm the car up. Superb Thanks

On arrival we were earlier than expected however staff accommodated this and transfered us to the airport. Upon our return it was a very cold night,27-11- and had just started to snow. The transfer turned up within the 10 minutes after calling them to say we had landed. Our expectations were that our car would be very cold and frosty after being left unattended for a week. We were absolutely delighted to find that the staff had started our engines the car was lovely and warm we made the end of our holiday very pleasant indeed. I would 100% use Copely farm again, and have already informed others of the superb efficient and friendly and cost effective service.

Our car was defrosted and warmed up ready for our departure from the sight and all aspects of the service were carried out very efficiently. I would use them again.

Directions clear, staff friendly & efficient, bus waiting to pick us up on return, would use again.

Everything was great. I didnt have to wait at either side of the transfer, going to the Aiport and the return journey. It was very quick and easy and not to mention very polite and helpful.

Everything was just right for what was needed. Directions good, arrival dealt with fine, speedy transfers to and from the airport, friendly staff. Reasonable price.

Very good value for money - I was charged £28 for nearly 5 days, they were helpful and pleasant on the phone and the bus to pick us up came promply and driven by a very cheerful man. Thank you Julie Wells

You look on the net to find the cheapest accomadation for your car and sometime worry that the service will be poor, well from first entering you are greeted very well and the service was person. exceptional standards indeed, will defently use the parking facilities again. Thank you

Arrival at car park simple, transfer from car with baggage to bus speedily efficient and rapid transfer to convenient stop at airport. Friendly staff at all times, prompt collection from airport and the same remarkable service - car ready and even de-iced.

Our sat nav got us straight to the park,the staff were very friendly and helpful even at 04.00 am. The bus took us to the airport within minutes of our arrival. On returning to UK we only waited about 5 minutes to be picked up and the driver was courteous and appropriately interested in were we had been on holiday.The car was ready and easily accessible when we arrived at Cophall Farm. The coach driver also gave us clear instuctions for our onward journey. Thank you to all staff

This was exactly what we needed for a car parking service! Easy to work website, easy to deposit car key, easy to get to the terminal. Get there, gate opens, park car, get out luggage, check key in, car gets moved to secure parking, get on minibus, luggage done for you, job done. Even at 4 in the morning the staff were perky! Will use again next time, thanks for making it so easy and such good value.

We have used various offsite facilities over the years when we go away and have always booked online by the one that was offered at the time. This is the first time we have ever used Cophall Farm and both myself and my husband agreed that you are by far the best. The drivers were both very prompt and extremely friendly and helpful, the ladies on reception are really efficient and again very friendly and the site very easy to find, clean and tidy. We will definitely use Cophall farm again.
