Staff were friendly,efficient and helpful. Bus transfers were punctual. I called from Gatwick as instructed and my car was waiting for me with engine running when we got back. Well done!

Prompt replies to my email queries before arriving (about timings changing due to snow). A little further away than I expected, but it was snowy at the time, so that probably slowed us down (though not the minibus driver taking us to the airport). Really efficient picking us up - the minibus was waiting when we got to the bus-stop, having phoned when we were through customs.

Quick, no fuss or hanging around. Car was running up when we arived back at the car park.

Arrived early in the morning driver helped with bags minibus straight to departures, on the way back phoned when clear of customs minibus came about 10 mins later soon as we got to arranged collection point. Driver helped with cases, back at farm parking picked up keys no fuss car already warmed up and ready to go. Marvellous!!

Using Mini-buses rather than coaches meant that as soon as we'd booked in we were transfered to the airport, so much better than waiting for a coach to fill. It had snowed just prior to our return, but the carpark had been cleared and the snow brushed off the car so we could just jump in and go. Return pick up was also very prompt despite me ringing later than advised. Providing a precise grid referance for the satnav was very helpful too. Overall a superb service.

We were unfortunate to travel when we had lots of snow. They took a lot of trouble to get us to the airport in terrible conditions. And dispite a lot of snow whilst away we returned to our car all cleaned off and warmed up ready for our return. will definately book with them again.

Very friendly staff, bus was waiting for us warm and ready to go - we left 5 min after arrival - quick transfer within 10 min we were at the airport. Our return flight was 1 day delayed (because of the snow and airport clousure) but they didn't charge us extra for parking. Upon return we found our car up and running - nice and warm. Very smart. You cant beat the price and service !!!

Service was great, picked us up from Gatwick much later than expected after our flight was cancelled for no extra charge.

The staff on reception and the drivers were very helpful, and made the whole experience pleasurable,especially when they defrosted the car so that it was ready to drive instantly. I will definitely use Cophall Farm again since it is also good value.

I called the CFP office as soon as I was though baggage reclaim. I had time to get a take-out coffee and stroll to the bus stop. The bus arrived two minutes later just for me - no waiting to fill up with passengers.

The sat nav co-ordinates were spot on, so found Cophall Farm very easily. On arrival, staff were polite, helpful and the bus was waiting to take us to the airport. On our return, again the service was excellent and our vehicle was warmed up and ready for collection. We cannot fault the service, would certainly recommend to friends and family and would definately use again. Thanks Paul and Eric

Parking at Cophall farm is simple as is the check in and collection of the vehicle. It helps to have your car key already separated from the rest of one's keys. The downside is the long walk from the No 6 bus stop to the entrance to the terminal and back again - but with the alterations to Gatwick airport - this is something over which you do not have any control.

Such ecellent service, the drivers were marvellous in such conditions. The staff cleared the car and had it waiting for us. Cannot heap enough praise on all staff thank you see you 12th Jan Keith and Pearl Spedding

very efficient and friendly service. Arrived back in the cold and expected to spend ages defrosting and warming up the car but it was ready waiting for us with the engine running and able to drive away immediately. very helpful people.

No problems with the service at all except whoever parked or moved the car covered the carpet in the drivers foot well and sill with mud. A paper mat would have avoided the problem. Still havn't got the stain out!

Very efficient. Friendly staff and 1st class facilities. Simple procedures and effortless transfers. I will be using this facility again and again! I have also told friends of the excellent, cost effective service.

The staff were very friendly, Reception and drivers. I was transferred quickly to the terminal without having to wait around. I waited about 5 mins for the bus to take me back to the carpark after my holiday and my car was ready and waiting for me. I would use this service again.
