The whole process from booking to coming back and picking up the car was clearly set out in easy to follow instructions. It maybe a bus journey, only a few minutes, to the terminal building but the convenience of the site, the friendly staff and the very reasonable rates make up for that.

Minimal waiting around. Friendly, chatty drivers (especially Roy who the kids thought was mad)

Drivers very friendly and helpful as were reception staff. Car park a short distance from Gatwick and waiting time was reasonable. Would use again.

The directions were clear. The transfer timely and efficent on the way out and the pickup brilliant on the return, with no wait. We appreciated also that the car had been de iced and was parked right by reception. Would recommend this parking for gatwick.

Very quick and efficient service. Minibus waiting to take us to the airport and on return minibus was waiting at the bus stop for us.

Mini bus was promptly available in both directions, journey was short. Friendly staff, efficient service with no long queues. Reasonably priced. Would park here again... Recommended!

When parking at airports you want cheap value for money facilities. Cop hall parking does this exactly yet is friendly, slick and efficient. Would recommend every time without hesitation.

I was impressed with the service that we received. It was superior to the more expensive car parks that we have used in the past. The airport transfer was quick and a very friendly driver added to the pleasure of going on holiday. Even with the chaotic drop off zone at T2 Gatwick, due to reconstruction, the pick up was smooth and easy. On return the car had been warmed up for us which was a godsend having come from a hot country to the cold and snow in the UK. Thank you for looking after our car and us.

Transfers to airport and back were quick and no waiting around, drivers very friendly and helpful, on return to car we were dreading the de icing of the car and found that it had already been done and the keys were in the warm car,excellent service will be using again a lot better than the competition.

Bright motivated staff greeted us on arrival at 4.30am and again when we returned a few days later. Delivery to and pick up from Gatwick could not have been better organised and executed. While we were away it snowed very heavily and an added touch would have been to de-ice the car so that windows went up and down and the screen washer was liquid. We would return to Cophall Farm if we were to make a similar journey again.

I phoned ahead because of the terribly snowy conditions and got clear and friendly advice and information. Arrived early and was warmly & cheerfully received. The transfer of keys etc. was simple and in no time my bags were being loaded into the back of the transit bus and we were on the way to the airport. Information about the return proceedure was provided and we waited only 10 mins for the bus to come. The return to the park took a little longer than we might have expected as more passengers had to be collected from the other terminal and one couple took a while to be found. However once back at the carpark our car was snow-free ready to be driven away. I'll certainly use CFP again.

The service was quick and efficient with a short transfer time. The icing on the cake was having my car warmed up and awaiting my return during the recent snowy weather we experienced over the Christmas period. Nice touch!

Arrived very early morning. The staff were very polite and helpful. They were organised and waiting for me. It didnt take long before we were on our way to the airport. Transfer was approx 20 mins. On return we called after clearing customs. The driver collected us and had us back in no time. It was -9 degrees but my car had been warmed up and defrosted and was ready and waiting. A very nice touch! I will definately use again.
