have always been abit nervious about leaving the car keys with the staff while on holiday but there is no need to be, it came back as i left it and i would use them again. We got there about half an hour earlier than we booked but they said nothing and got us straight on a bus so there was no waiting and there was no waiting once we rang from the airport asking to pick us up as by the time we had walked to the bus stop the driver was there waiting.

Whilst pick up etc was good - I thought the price (like your competitors) was inflated especially given your distance from Gatwick.

No problems though the male book-in staff member was miserable. Mind you it was 0600 on Boxing Day morning so maybe I am been a bit harsh. Transfers well planned, wasnt waiting to long at all for collection either on the way out or upon return. Would use again.

Excellent service; needs about 20mins more compared to parking directly at the airport;

The car park was an easy drive, only few minutes from the airport. The small coach was ready for us to leave after dropping off the keys and there was no waiting time. On the way back we waited only a few minues, 5 to 10 minues for the small coach to take us back for our car. The car was ready, we just had to get in an drive away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The service was excellent and the cheapest I found when I compared prices before booking. I definitl recommend using Cophall farm parking.

Dispite the snow we managed to get there, park up and be taken to the airport as expected. on return very quick to collect us, and they had brought the car to the front with engine running for warmth ready for collection. very appreciated. Would use again

Friendly staff, easy check in procedure. Transfer is about 15-20 mins, on landing at Gatwick, I only waited 15 mins to be collected. Best parking service I've used to date, less hassle than the Valet service that I have previously used at Heathrow. Highly recommended.

Good directions to car park, Quick check in, good customer service. Efficient transport to and from Gatwick airport, prompt collection on return, no problems. Car ready and waiting for us. Recommend to family and friends. Will use again, if I'm lucky enough to go on holiday and fly again from Gatwick.

I would comment that the drop off/collection point at LGW North Terminal was some distance fromn the Terminal entrance .... meaning we had some distance to walk with heavy bags (and an injured foot), The collection pick up took a few minutes wait before arriving on our return journey to reach us (it was raining) but otherwise it went smoothly. The staff were very polite and helpful with bags etc. There was however a very strong smell of fumes in the transfer vehicle for the return journey, which made several of us feel a little sick.

Website refused to register "4 passengers" insisting on "2 passengers". I emailed separately to clarify that I would be arriving with 4 passengers, and you emailed a reply to say "all OK". Nevertheless when I turned up on the day, your receptionist showed some surprise that we were not 2. Then on arrival back from our week-long holiday, your coach driver seemed to surprised we were not 5!! So some communications problems to be sorted!

Delighted with the service offerred & will recommend the service to other colleagues.

I've used many different companies in the past, but I made this booking less than 24 hours before I needed the parking and despite this, there were no problems, the staff were friendly and the service efficient.

I was a little worried about leaving my car keys during our holiday to Rome, but I had no need to be concerned at all. The staff were friendly and efficient, the mini-bus transfer was quick and they were waiting for us on our return. I'll definitely use them again, especially as they are the cheapest at the airport!

Slightly further away from the airport than I expected but the service was so quick and efficient this more than made up for it. Everyone I dealt with could not have been more helpful, friendly or professional.

Very happy with the service and puntuality would use them again. Allow yourself the extra 20 minutes though to get to the airport

Outbound - met by friendly staff who were quick to get you transfered to the airport. Return - delayed arrived late back after arriving at Stanstead, car was ready to go de-iced and running so was warm inside, once again quick turn round on the road quickly.

Very sceptical at reading previous reviews of how jolly staff were at early hours but by god they were!!!! Excellent service from start to finish, especially at 4.00am in the morning on day of departure. Can't rate them high enough really and would not hesitate in using them again - have been to numerous other companies in the past but these are the best!
