Ii believe the service here is unsurpassed, we had a superb holiday, made all the more enjoyable by the fact our parking was quick & easy, with efficient transfers to & from Gatwick. Will definetly be using Cophall Farm again!

When we arrived at Cophall Farm parking we were welcomed in a friendly way,and booking in only took a few minutes. The mini-bus arrived after a few minutes and the driver loaded the bags on for us and got us straight off to Gatwick, where he helped us unload and explained about pick-up on our return. On return we called just after clearing customs and within 5 minutes the mini-bus had arrived to collect us. Our car was ready and waiting for us at Cophall Farm so we were quickly on our way home. Much cheaper than on-site Gatwick parking and a better service. We would definitley use Cophall Farm again, and would recommend it to friends.

The car was kept in a safe place for the best price available. Despite dropping the car off at 6am the staff were very friendly and helpful. Finally, we were taken to the airport straight after the car key was handed over and picked up straight after we have called. Very pleased with that as my experience is that the bus waits until it has been filled up. I will us CFP again.

We saved money, and received a professional, friendly service - we will definitely book agin.

I returned to Cophall Farm because a year ago I came back to snow and you had cleared the windscreen and had warmed up the engine. Very helpful when about to face a difficult drive home. Excellent service. Only negative is you have one driver who drives too fast; I felt quite sick.

Quick and simple to arrange, cost effective and an all round good service, with friendly staff. I'd certainly use this service again.

Unfortunately, your site gave us directions to a different car park and when we had queued there to get in it was too late to go to Cophall and so our booking - and fee - was wasted. Please sort out your site in future, this was rather frustrating!

We will definately be using your company everytime we travel from Gatwick again, you were so efficient, we arrived 0630 boxing day morning, and all we had to do was park up infront of the office, get out and collect a ticket from the desk which took less that 2mins and there were other people there too, we got straight into a mimi van and were on our way within 5 mins from arriving. On our way back our flight arrived 2 hours late 23.30, you had asked us to call you when we were through customs which I thought we would have to wait ages for you to arrive, infact by the time we had walked to the bus stop just outside you had arrived, we were straight in and it must have taken max 8-10 mins, the best thing of all was that we had come from 30degs of sun to thick frost and snow and were dredding sitting in the car defrosting for 15 mins, to our surprise the car was defrosted and the engine running, we were out of the car park in 2 mins. Your staff and service was fantastic and we thank you so much, anyone reading this report who cares about secruity and service should only park here.

On the day before we left i telephoned to find out the weather conditions , as it was snowing just before Christmas. The girl i spoke to was pleasent , helpfull, and very chearfull,When we arrived next day,we were expected,greated,and helped with our bags.On return in the new year the treatment was just as good.I would use this car park again without a second thought.

Car was cleaned and was running on return. We had no wait on departure or on arrival

The service offered by Cophall Farm Parking is great value. For the minor inconvenience of being a ten minute drive away from the airport, you make a respectable saving, for a high quality service. There is a minor delay getting the bus to and from the airport, but it really is minor - in the order of a minute or two. I would definitely recommend!

I have used other parking facilities at Gatwick as have my family. We all agreed Cophall Farm provided an excellent service, both friendly and efficient. We arrived back after our ski trip to find our car warmed up and had our de-mister been working we would have had a clear windscreen too!

I had a sat nav and entered the postcode in, so finding the location was easy, on arrival I found friendly staff, a handy toilet and a quick, efficient and personal service. The bus journey was 10 minutes. Coming back to Gatwick, i telephone the office and the coach arrived in ten minutes, my 'banger' van (which i had to leave instructions for starting on a cold day!) was waiting for me, all defrosted, very happy...thank you

Cophall Farm Parking was easy to find; with a minimum of hassle checking the car in and then getting taken to the airport - the trip only taking 10-15 minutes at most. On our return, we simply had to give them a call and the minibus arrived in around 15-20 minutes to load up and take us back to the car park.

I landed late at night in hard frost and heavy snow weather. The pickup was very quick and when I got to the car park, my car had been brought to the front and warmed up, so so that all the windows were clear ready for me to drive off. I could not ask for a better service and will definately recomend Cophall Farm Parking

Nice personel,very polite and very helpful at the airport,collected very promtley from airport,and helped us whith a jump pack when battery was flat,on retern from holiday. Will use again when departing from gatwick in the future
