Parking excellent,staff v. helpful car easily found and at a good price. However, the route description given online with our e-ticket was very poor, we got lost trying to find the location we asked at a nearby petrol station who were well used to people not being able to find you and said your direcions are rubbish! We also spoke to other people who had great difficulty in finding you using your directions. Regards Keith Miles

We found airparks very efficient. We did not have to wait very long for the transfer coaches and the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Had an early flight out and a late flight back, but coaches were as regular as you would expect. A little bit out of the way, but both on the way in and out we were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Would use BCP/airparks again.

Easy to book, prompt response and no prior experience needed to use. Could do with small map on back of card showing pick up point on return to UK would make asking questions unneccessary. OR provide clear signage to pick up point.

The car park was easy to find and we had no problems. Our car was ready when we arrived and we were very happy with the service.

Second time of using, very helpful, quick & efficient. I had to return home early due to a family emergency. My sister called on my behalf so the car would be ready on my return. This was organised immediately, I was given a direct number incase of any issues, but my car was ready for me as soon as I arrived. Many Thanks

Apparently, the directions one is given to get to Airparks depend on who sends them to you! Ours were all back to front, and it took us ages to actually get there. However, as I have said before, once we found it, everything went very smoothly.

Once we had found the Carpark after getting lost through rubbish directions from your web site .. Luckily at 3 in the morning anothe car park company had direction printed out to direct lost peeps like me back on track and successfully found your car park - that was the biggest fault with your company . Other than that All OK Russ Ralph Guess i wont be winning the £25 ..

It would be really helpful if your coaches had luggage storage faclities that enabled loading and unloading from outside. Humping great big suitcases by fragile and elderly passengers onto the coach and then placing them on the racks provided is not easy. And there is no help.

Waited at bus stop quoted on booking letter for return which was different to one on ticket. When bus came though we had a seat it was overloaded. They should be more frequent.

I booked my parking space many months in advance. During that time, BCP seemed to have dropped out of your name and the telephone number given to ring on return had changed! A bit confusing.

The telephone number to call upon return to Gatwick had been changed from that emailed. The voice message quoting new number was short and the number not repeated (7 sec)

Came back 2 days early. Was told it could take up to 2 hours to retrieve my car which was 9 rows back. As it happened it took about 10 minutes. Well done. I'll be using the service again

I think those customers with children should be served first. Someone jumped in front of me while I was holding a 3 year old( who weights as much as a 4 year old), who was asleep and the person serving on the desk did not even ask them to wait. The was only three people there, but I think customer service should have prioritised.

as i am not familier with the area, lack of sign posts/directions from car park caused me to add a extra 45 minutes on my journey home to bournemouth.

Due to private coaches your driver could not park at the correct bus stop had trobuld finding bus on my return jorney not your fault.

Half the coach is taken up by luggage space (previously BCP used to provide proper buses with luggage space underneath). The passengers have to load all their own luggage and on our recent transfer journey the driver & the car park staff didn't offer any help to a disabled person in a wheel chair or to a young mother with two children and two suitcases - we (the paying passengers) all offered, and helped, whilst he sat on his chair ignoring what was going on. This displays really BAD customer service. The H&S excuse is a cop out.
