Very effcicient in administration and quick in returning keys. The worst aspect was the wait of approximately 25 minutes for the transfer coach at gatwick, during which time we saw two coaches of another company come and go.There was no indication at the airport buststop of when the coach could be expected.

From booking to arriving,transfers for departure and arrivals and colection of vehicle for travel home were excellent.

On-line booking was simple and competitively priced. The directions to site were easy to follow and the drop-off and collection processes could not be simpler and facilitated by courteous personnel. Transfers were comfortable with minimal waiting time both ways.

I felt this was really worth the money. Despite the fact we arrived at 7.30 on a Sunday morning we were in the terminal within 15 minutes. On our return we were just a disappearing cloud of dust in just 2 minutes on reaching the car park. Good stuff!

I found the service to be very good. It takes less than a few mins to handover the keys and take the return voucher etc. The only comment is that when we returned for the car, there was no trolley for the luggage. if there is an easier way to take heavy suitcases to the car, that will be great. Having two kids with me, it wasn't very easy for me to carry the luggage. But overall i found it to be very good and i recommend Airparks to my friends.

Thought initially that parking would be at South terminal, did not realise was off site. However, staff very helpful and car within easy reach on return. Will use again.

the facilities were fine and close to the airport, the people were helpful but 2 things were ridiculous.... 1. I waited 45 mins for the bus to take me to the car park, there is NO way of contacting them to let them know you are waiting for a transfer 2. the drivers refuse point blank to help anyone with luggage, in fact there is a great big sign saying that due to health and safety the drivers cannot and will not help anyone with luggage.....ridiculous and insulting, it meant i had to help an elderley couple with their bags as the driver just sat and watched....NEVER AGAIN, Id rather pay more money than use this service

we left car park and immediately had a dreadful journey with the M23 being taken down to 1 lane. not sure if you knew about this - if so it might have been helpful to warn the drivers before so that they could plan another route - just for info to you. regards

The car park is miles away from the Airport and the transfers from the airport both late and confusing.When I eventually reached the car park I was greeted by someone barking out orders (at 6.30am!) and was then greeted in reception by a woman who tried to have an arguement with me. Dreadful in the extreme.

the carpark was very close to the travelodge where we spent the night which was great. you simply left the car and checked in. The bus was there no distance to walk which was great helped onto the bus with baby luggage and wedding dress. Didn't wait long for a bus to pick us up at the airport and no distance to travel to the car again. Good service. Only issue we had was which bus stop to go to. number 5 was not that clearly marked, but when the bus came it was clearly marked so no problems. many thanks would certainly use again.

Airparks is much closer to the centre of Gatwick airport than other off-airport parking i've used. The car was safe and booking/checking in was easy. BUT i waited 35 mins for my transfer back to Airparks and overall it took more than an hour from collecting my bags to reaching the car park, which meant the proximity to the airport wasnt as much of a bonus as it should have been.

The company was particularly busy that morning - but rather than make people queue a modified system was employed to reduce waiting time to zero. Dropped the car off, picked up a useful wallet-sized reminder to hand back when I returned. On my return the car was waiting in the exit car park ready to drive away - again no waiting and no hassle - very welcome after a 6-hour flight delay.

Good directions given but very pleased to have passenger to read them for me.Check-in quick and easy.Transfer coach to terminal left every 20 minutes early am - probably more regular at peak times.Waited 15 minutes on return for coach. Car pick-up easy but be prepared to wait in queue.Exit from car park simple, M23 well signposted.Overall a good experience

very easy experience - although we got lost a bit as one of the road signs at the roundabout was down and we went the wrong way. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We initally couldn't find the car park, but a helpful lady at NCP provided us with directions. i would recommend a few more signs to guide people to the car park.

Airparks keep your walking around their compound to a minimum and your car is very easy to find on your return.

The written directions issued were not helpful and conflicted with the satnav instructions. We abandoned the written instructions and followed the satnav which got us there.

The journey to and from the car park certainly adds to overall journey time, particularly after a long flight home. Buses could be run a little more regularly, but overall the Airparks service was good.

Very good and well run service. The staff were helpful and smiley ! We will definitely be booking again
