If you are staying away for long periods of time them maybe worthwhile If short stay not worth it From arriving at the bus stop which was close to airport exit To arriving to my car was 3/4 hour later. So will be parking on site next time

Arrived at car park at 5 am and booked in very smoothly and got on to transfer bus very quickly. The driver was very helpful and assisted us with our luggage Have used Purple Parking on a previous occasion and would most certainly use them again. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Drop off was fine. Unfortunately when we returned at 11.30 at night they had written down the wrong bay as to where they had parked the car for us to pick it up which resulted in us walking around for 30 mins looking for it. Not happy to say the least

Efficient service, close location to Gatwick and good value for money. Website could be clearer and state Lowfield Heath before booking.

The transfer from the airport (South Terminal) was diabolical. The bus was already full from pick up at the North Terminal meaning everyone who got on at the South Terminal had to stand alll along the aisle of the bus to the rear seats, in my opinion dangerously overcrowded. The bus hsould have gone straight back to the parking are and another bus sent to the South Terminal. Unlikely to use this service again.

This was my second time using purple parkung. Everything went great! The lady at the reception was helpful but seemed to be a bit tired. In some other places Dave received customer service wit a bigger smile. Purple Parking

Very good overall, however the member of staff who served me at the key deposit counter seemed to be very abrupt, unfriendly and grumpy and gave me the impression that I should have known exactly what I was supposed to do & where I needed to go. Personnel who have front line customer contact make a huge first impression and I am sorry if I caught this member of staff on an occasion when they weemed to be having a very bad day!

There was not a thing wrong with the entire paking and drop process, but maybe its my bad luck but on collection of my car i found i had a puncture in my realr tyre. Not a big issue but unfortunatley the car had been moved arond the compund while it was flat which totally ruined the tyre which had to be replaced th E following day. I did not have a flat tyre when i dropped the car off and i would have thought that at the least they could of told me and preferably not moved it around the compound while it was flat.. It was not purple parking but air parks where i left my car.
