I have used your parking facilities before but my travelling companion had not and was very pleasantly surprised at the standard of service supplied. We will both use your services again and have no hesitation in recommending you to our family and friends.

We had a fast service to the airport but on our return we had to wait 35 minutes to be picked up even though we had phoned along with 10 other people to inform the office that we were back.Maybe this wait is acceptable but on afreezing cold morning at 02.00 it seemed a long time.

The directions to the car park are clear and accurate but if travelling when tired be aware that you will need to concentrate! If travelling to South Terminal be aware that the coach will go first to the North Terminal and then on to the South Terminal. Overall the service was very good.

It was VERY cold and the coach pulled away just as we were going to get on it and the next coach did not leave 15 later - a lot longer. So we were very tired, very cold, waiting around in the dark and it added a lot of time to travelling time. Also you had to load your cases inside the coach and there was no rooom at floor level so I had to heave my suitcase up in the air to store it.

Overall, very good, staff friendly and helpful. Would be useful to know how long the wait for the next but from the terminal will be. Buses looking a little bit tired. Will use again without hesitation.

Very convenient, well organised and resonably priced. It's quite a dark road and a few more signs would have helped. A map of the return bus stop location would have been useful as it wasn't immediately obvious. Maybe information that I was looking for bus stop 5 would have been good.

Busses: loading is difficult with bus stock only having front door. With luggage it made it awkard for loading. good that the doors are low however for access. Bus wait SEEMED longer than 20 min Information on paper work (namely the phone numbr was wrong). Also directions for picking up the bus at the terminals could be clearer... Ie you have to cross the road.

I found the staff helpful and polite. One chap even helped us with our bags and cases to our car. I found the whole experence welcoming and would recomend them to any other travilers as well as using them next time.

The name of the company changed and i wasn't told when i dropped off my car. I had a long wait and may have missed an earlier coach as i was looking out for bcp. On the other hand they may just be a lot more infrequent than other services. I will check out other options next time. If i had gone with my missus she would have gone ballastic but i am much more relaxed.

Pick-up from the terminal and return to carpark worked very well but we had to wait 20 mins in the coach before it would depart to the terminal - are there scheduled departure times? It also took over 20 mins to get to the carpark after passing the Gatwick exit on the M23 which needs to be taken into account.

I made my way to the road that the car park was located on but had trouble finding it. I pulled over to phone the car park assistants and someone anwsered the phone then promptly put it down on me. I tried to phone again but there was no reply. I could not find the car park after half an hour of searching and no answer from the number issued by your company so i used the parking express service at the airport. I am extremly angry with the service and am trying to have the charge refunded as trying to find the car park has cost me extra petrol money and i've been charged for a service i did not recieve.

always find that the staff are more than helpful, the whole operation seems to always run smoothley we have now used this carpark on 4 accasions and are very happy to continue with this excellant service, we have compared to another 2 carparks in the gatwick area but this one seems to be the most supperior.

The simplyparking web site appears to say that you only open at 6.00 am. Finding the English money and a BT 'phone in Gatwick N is not easy.Others give a 20p piece in with the contact details.Why not a 0800 number? Waiting outside at Gatwick N for the bus is very cold!!

After the holiday and loading all luggage on bus and settling in a seat making sure I had both children with me I was more than happy to sit down. The problem was I couldn't lift the large suitcase on my own so I left it on the floor where we were sitting. The bus driver took his time no questions asked and shifted cases round to fit ours in! Most helpful when you are totally exhausted!

Not the easiest place to find as the road leading upto it is not well lit or sign posted. The transfer back to the car park was a disaster. We called on arrival as instructed and directed to the relevant bus stop. There was little or no info at the bus stop to confirm that we were at the right one. The Bus took 55 minutes to turn up from when I made the initial call. I had to call 3 times to be told a different story each time for the delay. We started at the front of the Q at the relevant bus stop but when the bus arrived the driver stopped at the back of the Q. Which infuriated me even more. After a long flight and a long frustrating wait I had to board after people who had turned up only 30 seconds earlier. These idiots then placed relativley small luggage on the bottom shelves leaving me alone to put my larger and heavier luggage on the higher shelves with absolutely no help from the driver! Come to think of it the more I go on, the more those feelings of disappointment and anger comeback. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It was a nightmare following the directions as I was the only one in the car and there were too many to memorise. I did not like leaving my keys in the car. When I picked my car up there were no signs showing you which way to turn to motorways etc.

a real nightmare to try to find - quite a long way out from the airport, but then you expect that coz it's cheaper, but please, please make the directions easier. We ended up getting lost in the middle of Sussex villages ! Great service at the car park and the airport though

It was all a very painless experience and would recommend using this company for your off airport parking. The directions at one point are a little confusing and could be clearer by advising that you have to go back down the road from where you have come (at the roundabout) instead of saying about the A23!

Much easier access to the car park than I had imagined,using Junction 10 off M23.Service was excellent,e.g.polite and helpful office staff. Drivers very good, especially the gentleman who helped passengers on and off with their luggage(which does not always happen).Courtesy means a lot to passengers !

On arrival very good and efficient, but directions from M25 could be glearer. Would have been nice not to listen to recorded message at 2,30am, but with a little common sence found bus stop and bus came promptly. Driver not very helpfull towards passengers re cases and bags. Needs to learn a few lessons in frienliness!!
