On arrival I checked in my car and then realized I had left my lights on. The staff attended to turning off my lights

Waited 15 minutes for the bus to leave from the car park even though it was standing room only as soon as the doors opened. On return, watched numerous other off-site parking buses come and go before ours finally turned up after 25m.

we arrived at 6.30 am in the dark and drove into a flood on the Perimeter road where a car was already stuck. The experience was very frightening and could have been responsible for us missing the flight. It would make us wary of using that road again. We were very thankful to reach the carpark.

Found it difficult to find the car park as the directions on the site are from the M25 which we do not use. There are three Charlwood Roads in the area! Fortunately we did a trial run the week before. Having said that we would use Airparks again.

Have already recommended your services to our neighbours who are off on their skiing trip next week.

On arrival at the desk was 'greeted' by a none too pleasant woman who insisted I had not booked undercover parking when my booking clearly said I had! Cleared up when she consulted a colleague. On return had a good 25 minute wait for bus. Another passenger asked the 2 driver/employees standing chatting on the bus to help an elderly passenger who was struggling with his luggage. The reply 'not my job mate'. when we left the coach I heard the driver tell this customers wife that 'he hoped they would crash their car'. Is this their idea of customer service? I am still not convinced my car was kept undercover as it had snow on it and it had not snowed that day only the day before. We will not be using them again.

I returned from Cyprus last Wednesday which I suspect was the only day I could have done so as this was THE SNOW WEEK. I expected to have to have to dig the car out and then find a flat battery but NO;there it was all ready to collect close to the office and clear of all snow. I will definitely change my allegiance to Airparks for subsequent trips. I was also impressed with the meet and greet service charging £20 to collect returning travellers from the airport.

Welcome and information on return of car's whereabouts was less than enthusiastic but other services were efficient enough. You need to leave plenty of time to get to the terminal.

The service provided by was Airparks was straightforward, friendly and stress free, on both the outbound journey to the airport and back to the airport on our return. Just what you need when setting off and returning from a break. There was a slight hiccup on the email provided with a directions map which said "take exit 4 off the roundabout when there was only 3 exits", this threw me, but I was soon back on track again!.

Friendly service, helpfull staff, car well looked after, coaches punctual, good parking area, good lighting, a very good service.

The parking and the prebooked car to be bought to the airport made coming back,especially at that time of night,a shere dream

We were initially concerned that the parking was at some distance from the airport terminal; however the transfers both to and from the terminal were on time and quick with friendly drivers. The office staff were friendly and helpful. We will recommend Airparks to friends and will use them again in the future.

The staff at car park were very quick and efficient, and the bus driver pleasant and helpful. On our return we needed a paper clip to re-set our sat nav which the lady at the counter very kindly obliged with. We will book again with you

All fine going out and transfer was timely. On return we followed instructions to call when we had collected our bags and we were informed car would be waiting. We did incur a 15 minute wait outside in the cold for the car to arrive, this was not what we expected and if we had known that this would happen then a bus transfer might have been better.

If you are generally a late-arriver attempting to keep waiting time for your flight to the minimum, choosing parking this far out from the airport is probably not the best choice - but the service was very good.

Having used this facility on a number of occasions the service has never declined in fact it has improved. The staff are friendly and helpful at all times. The transfers occur as scheduled and there is never a long wait for the return journey which is comforting when you arrive back after either a long flight or late/early hours and wanting to get home to bed. The security of the vechile is paramount and the knowledge that if the car won't start (battery died due to alarms going off) the staff will recharge the battery for you. Would recommend this to anyone

Directions to the parking site were inaccurate on the internet and we wasted half an hour finding it making us late for check in causing anxious moments prior to the flight.

Worth the money one of the best off parking facilities I have used, pick up very reliable at both ends of the flight.
