My wife and I who are both in our late seventies, arrived, and were picked up at 0200 on Thursday 28th Feb to collect our car at Gatwick. The driver was so kind, he helped with our lugggage. When we arrived at the car park he unloaded our bags, and then went and picked up our car, switched on the heating and also loaded the bags into the car. He couldn't have been more helpful nd I would like you to give him our thanks. marvellous service aove & beyond

We thought the service was largely impersonal on arrival, and at the check in desk. It was as if we were intefering with staff time.The us to collect us on arrival seem to be long overdue.

Easy to find, swift transfers both ways, would be useful to know in advance that key goes back into ignition after checking in, which would save lumping or leaving luggage around, when travelling on own.

The directions given were easy to follow. I found it an easy and stress free experience especially with having to babies to deal with, you just drop your car off and the transport is there ready to go and on return was picked up within 10mins and the car was within a 2 minute walk to collect. Great service would defintely use again.

Good service and very well run even over a busy school half term period. Prompt pick up on arrival back to the UK. Our experience was very smooth.......

A good service except that the car park tickets are labelled Q Park & the buses are labelled Airparks. We missed one bus because my husband did not take in the mention of this in the recorded phone message when we got to the Arrivals Hall. After a long journey back to Gatwick and 1.5 hours in baggage reclaim, we could have done without this confusion!

We got hopelessly lost finding this car park. The directions were very poor, a map would have helped. It is important not to lose your parking receipt. This happened to a lady in the queue and the staff were adamant they would not hand over the keys, it was quite distressing to witness how this was handled as the poor woman was stressed and clearly genuine, there was a bit of a jobsworth attitude. The coach transfers were efficient and frequent. I would use this car park again, but leave enough time owing to the distance.

Leaving on holiday was no problem at all, however the return journey to the car park was less enjoyable after a long day of travelling. The coach was already 3/4 full by the time we got on and all the lower bag space was already taken meaning 2 x heavy cases being placed onto higher racks on a crowded bus. Driver offered no assistance just wanted everyone to move up so he could cram on even more passengers and luggage. I must say though that all staff at the carpark were very efficient and helpful, this was a very quick check in and check out. On the down side I have found that someone has opened their car door onto my pasenger door causing one of those annoying small dents. I didn't notice this at the time as it was 01.30 in the morning!!

on arrival at the airparks office we were quickly checked in and straight on a bus to Gatwick north, can't of been on the bus for more than 10 minutes and then the holiday started. On return we phoned as told, and on arriving outside the termnal the bus arrived within 5 minutes, car was ready and we were on the road 15 minutes after leaving the airport. What a great service, and would definetly use again!

Directions to the site not too easy to follow. However, efficient and friendly staff, good transport to and from airport. Very good value for money.

Very slick operation. Parked up car at reception caught waiting bus and went. On return bus also waiting at collection point. Could not fault the staff very polite and helpful

If you are always spoilt for choice with airport parking then here is one that should be first on your list. easy to find, easy to park and easy going but efficient staff to deal with...enough said

Be aware the coach goes to both terminals (outward journey) so allow more than the 10-minutes to terminal if flying from the south terminal. Good service all round, previous user. At busy times there is not enough staff moving the cars so we had to queue (whilst on the bus) to enter the drop-off area to collect the car. Having said this I was still satisfied with the service.

Slightly further out than some car parks, but have found others providers have a very crowded coach. Airparks coach was civilised even during the summer holiday period.

The only downside was on way to airport on bus went via north treminal and on way back went to car park via north terminal. A minor gripe great servic

A really easy drop off and pick up for our 1st experience of airport parking. Transfer coach on return was easy to find and very quick. Our car was waiting for us on return and well signposted to find! Would recommend and will use again!

Arrived early sunday morning, I was able to drop the car, unload all the kit, book the car in, use the facilities and get the whole of our group (in two vehicles) onto a transfer bus within 15 minutes. I was very happy with the service. I have used Airparks previously and found that they were very efficient. I found on our trip this year, the transfer back from the airport was even more timely, I only waited for 10 minutes at terminal 2. I quickly got the car keys, I was packed up and on my way home approximately 30minutes after leaving the airport terminal. The directions to airparks provided were very clear and more sensible than my sat-nav's directions. Definately the smoothest part of my journey two and from the midlands to the alps.

When we returned from our trip the car was parked in a bay. On reaching the car the wing mirror was broken. The staff were helpful in taking a statement and photos but said that we would have to prove the damage happened whilst in their care. I am waiting for contact still.

As above I found this service at a lower cost than expected, staff accomodating and transfer to and from the airport fast. The only problem I had was that my sat nav (tom tom) only located the main road and I then had some difficulty finding the entrance

As a regular airport car parking user i am use to a certain level of customer care which is always there with the exception of 1 certain female receptionist whose rudeness is becoming a joke 'Oh no, i hope we don't get her again' we said on arrival! This employee is influencing my future choice of operator.
