Signposting could be better, as bushes cover the sign pointing down the road. The directions could do with being revised.

The service was exceptional and the person taking in the car keys even advised us that we were due to fly from the North Terminal and not the South as originally notified. Having booked on-line, we were not informed of a change in terminals and so we were saved from having to to from one terminal to another.

The staff when this company was BCP were more than helpful and polite. Since it brcame Airport Parks the staff are totally opposite. Another customer and myself went to complain about this and were just dismissed and given a form to fill. Have used BCP for some years--- but not anymore.

The service was very good but let down by the drivers of the transfer bus. There was no announcement when he pulled up at the North Terminal next to a barrier - making it very hard to get off with luggage - and then drove off without telling anyone that that was where we needed to alight. Then telling peoeple that they would now have to wait until he returned from the South Terminal.

After tiring journey it a long way to go and collect car. It was a rather long wait for coach on outward journey on 21st June at c.4.45am

Would have been fine if car was ready on return. Had to wait 20 mins or so as booking details had been wrongly entered into system and showed us arriving back one day later than was the case. Were given tea and sympathy by staff.

Sign posts to M/A 23 very poor on the way home. Directions to and notice to confirm we were waiting at the correct pick up point very poor. I suggest you show the name of your company ie Airparks/BCP across the top of the card given to us before we fly and then clearly indentify the bus stop at the terminal. After a week away I could not remember your company name and it certainly was not clear on the ticket. Otherwise we were very pleased with your service

too many people on each bus therefore not enough room for suitcases. on return when asked bus driver if going to BCP carpark he said "NO" I'm Airparks which was a little confusing as we then realised it was the same place but the driver didn't seem to know that. Car parking was simple and efficient and staff polite and helpful. All in all very good service.

A nice smooth, friendly service. We had delay on our return flight of 21 hrs and were expecting to be charged an extra days parking but were very pleased to find there was no charge for the extra day.

Excellent service. However, when we returned to Gatwick from holiday there was a coach back to the car park waiting at the bus stop. We hurriedly loaded the suitcases & children onto the coach as everyone was waiting for us & didn't like to delay other passengers further by returning our trolley & getting back our £1. We & many other passengers were left opened mouthed as the bus driver left his cab, sprinted to the trolley & returned it, retaining the £1 for himself!!!

we had 2 large bike bags to take to the airport, when I booked the web details for Airparks did not say that large bags would not be taken on the bus. however we were tken by airparks staff in an MPV to the airport

The check in was quick, the transfer was good, possibly the time of day may have helped, around 6.00am. On return not long waiting for pick up at terminal and again car pick up good, unfortunately inform of wrong row car was parked but no real issue but it was raining at the time, so got a little wet whilst looking for it, although found in next row down

every thing was great apart from when we came home the bus driver was very sacastic and unhelpful . iasked if it was the right bus to are carpark and was told to look at my ticket then i would know i had but could not see it. he also parked away from bus stop so we had to drag 5 cases rugsacks and 2 very tierd children at 1 o'clock in the morning as he sat there watching us struggle when he could move the bus to wear it should have been there was nothing in he's way .if he dislikes the public that much he's in the wrong job. He certainly made me feel my hoilday was over and i was back in england apart from that i cant fault the service

Transfer took nearly 40 mins after waiting for coach to fill up on way to airport and also had to wait about 25 mins for coach to arrive at Gatwick on return. All other aspects were very good.

It was a simple door to door service although the telephone number given on the confirmation details saying i had to call on my return was wrong and i didnt need to call other than no complaints

Very good timing of transfer buses to and from the airport and also handy for those living south of the M25 which can thus be avoided. Cheaper than taxi. However, for long haul we would use a taxi - otherwise it's a 2-hour car journey after the overnight "red-eye" special

Easy to find instructions. Easy access to booking in area and nice clean toilets. Transfers to terminal very good. No bad comments and good value for money. Would use again.
