was a little difficult finding car at pick up time- clearer signposting needed- otherwise very good service

when you are at the start of a holiday you want basic arrangements(like parking your car) to go smoothly. It did. the organisation was professional and courtious.

Directions provided worked, we arrived on time. Slight confusion about what to do with keys when we headed for Airparks reception but eventually sorted. Toilets in building a plus. Coach was waiting & left very soon. Could have done with some help with stacking suitcases on the coach as space was tight. We did have to stand on coach which was not best way to start journey. getting back slightly more tricky as coach stop 5 was nowhere near stop 4 so took a bit of finding in the rain. But coach arrived quickly and we were soon reunited with car which was parked facing us which was stupid because we needed to get to boot to put suitcases in so I had to drive car out and partly block exit lane.

Everything went as expected, parking was affordable, quality was OK, but coaches took a while to collect and drop off from Gatwick and also had the person who parked my car leave muddy footprints in it (having just valeted it I wasnt impressed).

Finding the place was simple and the offer for a nominal fee to bring out car to the airport on return was brilliant - will definitely use AirParks again James

Would prefer not to do a tour of Gatwick North terminal when flying from/to the South terminal !

Very good service, clean and no fuss dropping off or returning. Be wary that the parking is round the back of the airport so transfers tend to take a little longer than you might think.

a stone was lodged in between the brake pad and disk. noticed when we had left the carpark. phoned customer services who said it's your responsibility now you have left not ours!!!. How did the stone get there when the road is tarmac, the car was parked 50m from the reception hut, and i did not notice any cross country terrain to get to the car park space!!! i presume someone had been having an unauthorised test drive in my car whilst i was away. unfortunately i did not record the mileage, but i would advise any other customers to do so. not happy :-(

We arrived a little earlier than expected but this was no problem. A short wait and ride to the airport. We paid extra for the car to be delivered to the terminal to meet us on our return. Although this was a little expensive at £20 it was worth it. We will use this service and this company again.

I was worried that returning late at night that we would have to wait a long time for a coach to the car park. We waited seven minutes which is excellent.

The whole experience from booking online right through to exiting the car park at the end of our stay worked faultlessly.

Could do with some additional signs as the car park is a little remote.

after many years of using your service its about time you offered additional discounts to repeat customers. we are currently about to book for are next trip in september.

It would be helpfull on arrival to have a sign to tell you what to do. and commong back it took ages to find the bus stop as there are two different types of stop, both numbered.

Having used your service many time before, it was as usual excellent service. Would be nice to have a small discount as a frequent user! Or maybe a £10 off voucher if booking more than one trip at a time.

The only fault I could comment on was that the site was difficult to find - I don't think the instructions to get there are very clear. We took the meet and greet option for another £25 and this was well worth the money.

The car park was hard to locate as the directions were not explined very well unfortunately. took a long time to find airparks. Otherwise once we found it everything ran smoothly. good value for money.

Quick, really easy place to leave the car, coaches also really quick to terminals, car easy to find on way back too. Thanks!
