Good value nonetheless, would recommed for ease of dropping car off without hassle of lugging baggage to pick up point. Signage from drop off point to airport terminal not great due to temporary barriers - acknowledge that this is probably BAA problem though

Despite the reasonable scoring that I have given I shall not be using your services again. I have marked a bad value for money because when I got home after parking with you I noticed that I now have a ding in the drivers door. I know that this was not there before leaving the car as I washed the vehicle immediately prior to driving to your car park. Bad vaule for money as ots costing me up to £100 to get repaired.

The directions on their website were very bad - far too brief. Once we left the A23 we found the road they mention but there were no signs whatsoever. In fact in the end the Flightpath people gave us a map. We had to wait on the transfer bus for about 15 mins before it set off. So when they say allow 30 mins they really mean it! For only a very small amount more we could have parked on the airport and in future we will.

Had some problems when booking, times were wrong. took a few days to get this rectified. bus arrived 10 min after finding bus stop. Would have been nice to see a bigger sign to the direction of the bus stop. apart from that would use again.

Service was good, transfer to airport was good. There was a long wait for bus on way back from the airport and consequently the bus was so full that people had to stand.

The only downside from my experience was the airport at Gatwick itself. It was so busy, it took nearly an hour to get to the bus terminal, But that's not your fault.

We had to wait a long time for the bus to leave when we arrived at the parking facility. It then went via the north terminal before going to the south terminal. We felt that the transfer time was too long - about half a hour. On the way back it was shorter.

Extremely good value for money. When I collected my car at 0300hrs in the snow I was told my car was in Row M, which, at that time of day and in poor light was not easy to find. Other than that I am pleased with the service. I have already booked with this organisation again - online via Simply Parking. I needed to alter my booking and was really impressed with the person who took my call, both in response and dealing with the query. Well recommended.

I can only say that booking and parking is very simple and efficient and peace of mind, and you don't have to remember where you left the car as they bring it back for you.

Excellent service both on arrival and departure. Always seemed very organised and staff friendly and professional even late at night. The directions given to follow did not correlate with the number of roundabouts from the direction we travelled in We were lucky as we had used the company before but others found it difficult to find and one couple told us they nearly gave up and parked on the airport.

Have used BCP for many years and was the best. Now the worst! Expected to lift your luggage onto a crowded bus and then unless you are the first passengers on lift it 5 feet in the air onto the luggage rack. The bus was overcrowded. there were no seats and people had to stand in the gangway with their cases. I dread to think what would have happened had there been an accident. We are both pensioners and find it impossible to lift luggage that high as apparently did many people. On our particular bus there was the driver and 3 other staff memebers all chatting in the gangway and were very reluctant to move even to allow us onto the bus let alone help any of the passengers. We shall definately not use this transfer again!

Around the lift area the signs were not clear as to where the bus pickup point was, time was wasted here upon returning but evrything else was 100%, many thanks.

Highly recommended and would certainly use again. Ease of booking, finding (via Sat Nav for me) with driving instructions sent, transfers to and from Gatwick and final collection all very smooth with cheerful / helpful staff. Rate very reasonable also.

No problems with car park at all. Airport drop off/collection A1 Directions were a bit confusing. Didn't mention about 3 mini roundabouts - hence we turned at them when we should have gone straight over. At 5am when eager to get to airport this was not a good experience.

At the North Terminal at Gatwick there is not a bus stop labelled / signed "Airparks" so we wasted time and missed one connection before getting to the right place with our baggage. Drivers from other companies did not know the precise location either.

On the day of our return to Gatewick, March 1st, 2008, there had been many disruptions to European flights which caused considerable banking up of passengers at the terminls. Overall the carpark staff coped well with this despite the bus touching down on the tarmac at one stage.

The only thing I found was that my friend and I are women and the driver did not assist with our luggage at all and we had to heave the cases on to the rack ourselves.

Apart from pulling into the car park and parking about one inch over the white line and being told to go back to my car and straighten it up into the bay, even though the car park was empty, good service and very easy. Friendly bus drivers and pickup upon arrival back at the North Terminal was swift.

I was disappointed to arrive to Airparks to find that my car was not ready because the battery was flat, we had to be towed home. The result of this was that the light was left on inside the car on the drivers side of the door. this was not left on when handed over. Which drained the battery. We had to get a new battery replaced in the car the next day. I was not impressed. I don't understand why this was not picked up if the security is suppose to be watching the cars 24hrs. Mrs P Martin
