Very Punctual Service. Departure suervice faultless, arrivals less so - Unclear instruction on what to do when arriving at airport, on my form it said to all a number (which has since change to a different number) and was then told to wait at a bus stop which wasn;t that easy to find. Only other complaint is that there are too many puddles in the carpark to navigate with a suitcase on wheels, especially when dark as not that well lit.

Airparks are easy to book, easy to find, reasonably priced and it takes lot of hassle out of the start of your holiday. Would recommend it to anybody

Arrived at car park, park car in lane, check in, put keys in box, leave car in capable hands of Airparks, catch transfer to airport, go on holiday, come back, catch transfer, collect keys, drive home. Easy & hassel free.

It was a little difficult to find, it was much further along a country road than we expected. But once there it was well lit, the people were pleasant and the whole process went smoothly.

The directions were clear and I parked my car with minimum fuss. I handed my keys over and the bus was waiting. Our luggage was loaded by a pleasant driver. On our return the bus was waiting and we collected our car in the same condition as we left it at all was well.

We found the staff friendly and efficient. The only problem we encountered was our error, we took the wrong turn off at one of the roundabouts coming from the M23 turn off at J9. Booking in took about 2 minutes as did booking out. The bus left from the bus stop after booking in within 5 minutes or so and arrived at the bus stop to collect us at the end of our holiday within 2 or 3 minutes so the service worked really well for us. There was mud up the tyres and on the car, we assume from the parking lot, but not enough to justify a complaint, no doubt the car park will be tarmaced in time. There was also a mark on the offside passenger door (from another car door) but again not bad enough to justify a complaint or claim on the insurance.

Transfers were in purpose built coaches which ran every 15 minutes. Valet service was available but I did not take advantage of this hence car was covered in leaves and bird droppings

I have already told some friends about Airparks. It beats waiting for a taxi ,Thats if it turns up.It takes the worry out of getting home.We where 4 hours delayed coming back i don,t think a cab would have waited that long. Airparks is a very good service. And the price not much more then the cab.

A very cost efficient service; departures and arrivals prompt and friendly. Will use at anytime in the future if flying from gatwick.

Evenutally found the park as we had previous experience and knew approximately where it was situated. The road closure at the terminal did not help and the directions could have been clearer, perhaps with landmarks to help (i.e. building/company names). On the return the bus was fairly prompt but the journey is long-winded due to the road systems, which is out of Airparks control. Will choose an "on-site" car park next time. Despite this all in all the service was very good.

Booking in and checking out were done most efficiently and transfers to /from the airport were punctual.

Actual car park very good,can be a bit confusing when dark finding car park site some signs would be very helpful thanks to our Tom Tom we did not have too much trouble.

within 20 minutes from arriving at the carpark we were at the airport terminal, no fuss, no hastle, the staff were polite and the buses were clean, smiles all the way!

the staff were very helpful and friendly. quick transfers to the airport I have used them before and will definatly use them again.

The first lady at the carpark was rather unhelpful. When travelling abroad, after packing and travelling, one feels a little tense and unsure of where to go, etc. but the lady was a bit dismissive and assumed we had done it hundreds of times! However, on our return, it was a different scenario. The lady on this occasion was most helpful and polite!

An excellent service with prompt attention and pleasant helpful staff. I always felt I and my car were secure.

We were told to telephone them upon return, but when we did so we were told we needn't have bothered. So why say we needed to? Our only problem was when we returned - we went to the appropriate bus stop and got on the first bus that came along. Due to being so tired from the long journey, we did not register the fact that other companies used the same bus stop so we ended up at the wrong car park and had to return to the airport and start again, probably wasting about an hour after already being on the go for 20 hours. This would have been avoided if it had been clear on the ticket that we needed to get an Airparks bus.

Traveling with 3 children we neede our each stage of our journey to fit together. The ease of booking, clarity of directions, simplicity and speed of service, (but very courteous), and regularity of transfers meant that between arriving at the car park and being on the bus to the terminal involved waiting around for approximately 5 mins - perfect! The transfer from terminal to park on our return was as easy and we were headed home in no time. Thank you.

I was a little sceptical about booking this as it is about 10 minutes form the airport. However I turned up at 4am and was greeted and told where to park. There were quite a few people but no queuing to hand my keys into the reception and a bus waiting to transfer us. Within 10 minutes we arrived at North terminal with no hassle at all. On the return there was a bus waiting for us and as was back in my car within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend the service and was pleasantly surpised!
