After having used various parking venues around the airport I found Edinburgh Park and Fly to be efficient. I will certainly use this company again. I have found previous companies did not give the number of the pick-up shelter. Park and Fly gave this information which was of an enormous help.

The staff were very cheerful and helpful, we were dropped off at the airport almost as soon as we left our car and were checked in. As soon as we called to say we had landed, the bus was ready there for us. No hanging around, keep up the good work! We will definitely use you again and reccommend you to our friends and family.

This service was good value for money and it was great to end up very close to my car, ready open with the key on the seat, so not far to carry bags at all. It's also nice to have a quick exit onto the motorway so despite the fact that the car park is further from the airport I don't think the overall transfer from airport to car took longer than if I'd been in one of the car parks nearer the terminal. Will use again.

We were greeted in reception with a friendly receptionist. The driver took my cases from the car and put them on the bus and we left for the airport within minutes. On arrival from holiday, I called to say we'd picked up our cases and by the time we'd strolled up to the bus stop, we only had to wait a few minutes to be picked up again. All in all, very happy with the service. I would definitely consider using them again.

I booked with Edinburgh Park and Fly because they were the cheapest - and accepted that the location was off-airport. But it was only 5-7 minutes away, and the service was excellent - friendly staff, prompt response on return...they even had my car started and the heater on (a nice touch given the near-zero temperatures outside). Will definitely use them again.

This was fantastic! The directions to the airport were clear, the lady who was there was very good and we were taken straight to the airport. On our arrival home, again everything was great. It was cold, snowing and late, but we were collected promptly, taken back to the car park, where the car was running - warming up and ready to go! Will definitely use again and price excellent. Departure-drove to carpark-dropped off the car -minibus to terminal mins later Return- called carpark- mins later minibus to terminal whole thing was smooth and efficient -godd value for money--I cant really comment on security because I was away while the car was parked :)

We booked online and it was straightforward. The map and directions to the car park were very clear and easy to follow even though we don't live in the area. The drop off and pick up of the car was quick and easy at the site, we had well organised and prompt transfer to the terminal. We only had to wait 5 mins for the minibus on return. The parking was excellent value; we'd definitely use the company again and have already recommended it to others.

Running a bit late, this car park was a breeze as we parked the car at the office, ran inside to hand over the keys and then jumped on the bus with our luggage. The driver was polite and friendly. On the way back, we only had a couple of minutes wait until the bus arrived and our car was waiting for us outside the office. Would definitely use this car park again!

This was the first time we had used a Park and Fly type facility and were a little anxious about the whole process, but we had nothing to worry about - the whole process, from booking online, directions, dropping off and pick up was flawless. We would definitely use them again.

I was very happy with Edinburgh Park and Fly. This was the first time I'd used Edinburgh Airport, and the access to, and uplift from was no problem. The staff were efficient, helpful and friendly. I would have no hesitation in using this company again, and would recommend anyone else to do so.

I was Group Leader of 6 people, part of an official Twinning visit to Germany. We had two cars using Park & fly, the other being a Mrs Macdonald. She and her passenger just missed the bus we caught and had to wait for nearly 30 minutes outside without shelter in poor weather. I am in my mid 70s with a Prostrate problem and the lack of toilet facilities caused me much anxiety. Fortunately the shuttle bus left fairly quickly and I reached the Airport just in time. As our population and therefore the average age of passengers increases, both these matters should receive attention.

When we arrived to drop the car off, the staff were expecting us, which was nice. They then immediately took us to the airport, carrying all our luggage on to and out of the bus. When we got back (at 1am), we called in and the bus was with us in 5 minutes, and again the driver helped us with our luggage. Car was ready with keys inside when we got back to car park. Great!

I thought I had booked a car park nearer the terminal which I used the last time however I found Edinburgh Park and Fly very easy to find, just off the motorway and when returning home was on the main journey home within minutes of collecting my car. I also liked the fact that my car was parked outside the office rather than having to locate a bay. The bus driver was very friendly and courteous.

We had far too long to wait for the mini bus at the airport. Our flight was 1 hour late and we then had to wait 25 minutes for the mini bus to arrive. Only 1 bus running. The bus drew away just as we arrived at the stance so he had to go to the yard, unload and get back to us. Not very satisfactory. Would choose a company using more than 1 bus in future.

I wouldn't choose this carpark again, merely because it is not in the 'airport compound'or as near as many of the other car parks that are on offer. And the stretch of road that you have to drive on past the airport is often very congested. Otherwise, its OK.

Very pleased with service. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. I liked that the staff parked my car and on my return it was waiting for me at the car park entrance. I would certainly use your service again and intend to recommend you to my family and friends

I found the car park very easy and central. The staff at the car park were very friendly and helpful and upon my return the bus was already waiting on me which saved me a great deal of time in getting home. I would have no hesitation in using this car park again

As soon as we arrived the mini bus was there to transfer us straight to the airport. On our return we telephoned the airpark and the bus was waiting for us by the time we had reached the stance. Cannot fault the service at all. We have used this airpark twice before and would not hesitate to do so again. Excellent.

we were very happy with all aspects of your facility and convenience arriving from the west side,check in took no time at all and journey in very spacious transport was to our satisfaction,when we arrived back the transport was waiting for us.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.THANK YOU.
