I had been a bit worried as the car had been left over a three week period with some very cold weather - I wondered how it would be for starting. However it had been brought round to exactly where we were dropped by the coach and, as a resulr, started first time for me.

Brilliant, would not hesitate in using Edinburgh Park and Fly for all future trips. As a business venture - think it would be a good idea to offer a valet service, after all the cars are usually there for at least a few days at a time and this would kill two birds with one stone. Just an idea! :)

I thought 12 miles on the clock was excessive, I take it this was to go to the undercover parking. I presume your drivers have fully comprehensive insurance. My insurance covers husband and wife only. I would check this with you but I am sure I will use you again.

It sems to be one of the best parking facilties that we have found since going abroad and the staff helped you with your luggage on and off the bus and were not rushing you on.

Great value, cheery staff and prompt transfers to and from airport. They even had my car warmed up for me coming back during a freezing winter morning. I will certainly use the parking again and recommend it to anyone.

Would not use this again. The woman driver on our return spoke to us like a piece of dirt, was very moody and rude and unhelpful.

Exceptional value for money. Excellent service - drivers very courteous and pleasant and transported to and from the airport almost immediately after arrival at car park. Highly recommended!

Good place to park cheaply. Was a little bit tricky to find - a map and/or better directions would help. Had to wait slighly longer than expected (20 mins) for tranfer bus from airport back to car, but car was ready for driving off (so that was okay). Overall, fine place to park, and would recommend to others.

Overall it was good, quite easy to find the car park but when we returned from holiday we called to be told that our coach would be there in a short time, it took them 20 minutes to collect us and at 10:00 at night it was very chilly waiting around.

We travelled at night and were told to turn off at MacDonalds on the roundabout however MacDonalds sign is not lighted up at night, might be better to highlight Esso sign for garage.

They did exactly as I expected and I was entirely satisfied. The directions were accurate though improved signage would help.

Simple, cheap, easy and reliable. No, not my girlfriend, I'm talking about Edinburgh Park and Fly. It is a straightforward experience. Friendly staff who gave a good service. Would be easy for them to be dull and grumpy due to the job. Makes sense! Cheaper than 2 people taking the airport bus and much cheaper then a rip off taxi.

We were very happy with the service at Edinburgh Park and Fly. We didn't have to wait for transfers either to or from the airport and the staff were pleasant and efficient. We would certainly use them again.

Dogs are fiercest I've seen - therefore security must be great!
