I returned on later flight than that originally given, but transport was ready and waiting for me on arrival - my vehicle was waiting, started and ready.

The parking was easliy found by following the directions given in their e-Mail. Reception was swift and courtious. Within a very short time I was on my way to the airport. On my return i was oicked up very quickly after my phone call informing them I had arrive back.

On returning to Edinburgh Airport, it may take 5 minutes more to get in your car when you book with Park and Fly than when you book with a carpark closer to the terminal... But that's why Park and Fly are cheaper than the others.

We've used Edinburgh Park & Fly before and always found them to be reliable. Not the closest to the airport, but certainly good value for money

We arrived at 5am on a cold December morning and had to wait around shivering for about 8 minutes, until the coach returned from the airport. I think there were waiting facilities within the portacabin but we weren't invited in. Apart from that - just normal airport parking service.

This car park does what it says on the tin and no more. The car park is situated in an industrial estate and is quite dimly lit. We felt that it was situated a fair distance from the airport itself, resulting in the long wait on our return leg. Apart from that, it's good value for money. However, by paying a few extra quid more, you'd get a closer car park which, having to wait in the freezing cold, might just be worth it!

Location is good, transfers were quick, we just made the bus as it was pulling away from the stand, had we not, we would have had to wait 15 min.or so for next collection. I have waited longer for others so no big deal. Every inch of space in the car park has been used & it was a worry, but arriving back to your car running and heating on was excellent. Will I use them again? Yes. Will I recomend them to friend? Yes.

The service is good and accessible but the only problem was finding the car and loading it in the car retrieval area on return due to relatively poor lighting there.

I arrived at the car park and within 2 minutes I was on the minibus on my way to the airport. The driver was very friendly and courteous. On my return I telephoned the car park and the minibus arrived almost immediately. The driver was very helpful and drove me directly to my car - which was ready and waiting for me to drive away. Great value for money and brilliant service - will definately use again

Good price, freindly staff, quick transfer to and from airport. We returned when it was very cold and frosty and found our car waiting at reception with engine running and heater on all nicely warmed up for our journey home, very good service.

I thought that this service was well worth the money however on the return the transfer was delayed due to the number of customers however when we were picked up 30 minutes after calling our car was heated and waiting for us right at the exit. I would recommend this company and use them again.

I found the website very easy to use to book my parking space. The directions to the car park were very easy to follow. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The journey time between car park and airport was just right. As the car park was situated next to the motorway my return journey was speeded up greatly. I will use the car park again and recommend to friends.

The process was quick, the staff were friendly and helpful and the journey to and from the airport was seamless. All round good experience and at a cost that - in this time of recession - is not over the top!

I particularly liked the fact that on our return the car was there ready for us and all we had to do was step out of the transfer minibus and drive off

I found Park & Fly to be a well organised outfit. The transfers were on time and the added bonus of having the car ready and started for us stepping of the bus was very welcome. Especially as it was a chilly morning. Will definitely use again.

Your car is sitting waiting for you at the exit to the car park when you get back, which is convenient. When you are travelling to the car park, by all means use a satnav to get to the area, but once you get to the roundabout just above the motorway be sure to follow their directions (which are pretty good) as a satnav may get the last hundred yards wrong. The car park is well sign posted if you follow their instructions, so is easy to find this way. I would not bother to use another car park for Ednburgh airport now, as this one suits us, and the price is good.

Easy to find and a very promp service. What topped it all was the low costs per week which beats other leading services. All staff were friendly which got the trip off to a good start. We will definitely use this airport parking in the future.
