At first were a little shocked at how far away we were from the airport..BUT we need not have as the guys were 1st class! They got us there quick fast and when we returned from San Fran onlt 5min wait at no7!. Thanks.x.xAnji Nicholls

Coach drivers were both very courteous and helpful. We have had a bad experience at Glasgow where we were dumped at entrance and had to lug cases in the dark between cars for quite a distance to get to our car and were thrilled to findthe car already brought to to drop off point and warmed up. Would use again.

Overall good value for money , although waiting room area very smelly with smoking evident. Security Lighting could be a lot better . Transfers to and from the Airport were very good. We'd probabl;y use again though.

Very easy to find car park. One of the easiest I have come across when travelling from Edinburgh airport. Will be using this car park regularly from now on. A hidden gem!!

Transfer from the park to the airport terminal was fast we were the only one's on the bus and didn't have to wait around to leave, very effiecient. On our return journey we had to wait 50 minutes at the airport to be picked up to take us back to collect our car. Eventually after four telephone call transport turned up! Will not be using this parking again as do not want to wait around for more than 10 minutes to be collected.

the staff were very polite and helpful. no waiting around we got taken to the airport straight away and when we got back they were waiting for us. this is the first time we have used this kind of service and would definatly recommend it and will use again.

Excellent value for money as I was away for 6 weeks and I was surprised at how cheap the cost compared to some others for a shorter period. WE were picked up from the airport within 10 minutes of phoning, and the minibus was actually on its way before we phoned. Very good admin.

We have used this car park before and the staff have been helpful. The fact that the car is waiting ready for you to collect and you dont have to try to remember where you left is is great. Good value for money

Our experience was a fast drop off and quick transfer to the airport and the same on pick up on our return. Although a little further from the airport than some other parks the savings for a few mintues is well worth it. I would definately use again.

Very basic but smooth operation that worked for us. Wondered what toilet facilities were available fortunately didn't need any. Very good value and very copetitive.

Get your request for transfer from airport on your return from holiday as quickly as possible. This is necessary due to possible hold ups on access roads, especially if a big function is being held in the adjoining Royal Highland showground

great service. dropped of car and taken straight to airport. phoned on arrival and picked up within 5 mins. great service and would definitely use tham again

Not the nearest park to the airport but if you are coming from the west it's okay and on the homeward trip, it's handy for accessing the M8, M9 and the bypass. Valet parking handy as you don't need to remember where you left the car!

Very good service from international staff (mainly polish). Good drivers and very helpful. I really can't say anything negative. I will certainly use them again. Maybe for some extra money they could wash the car. I wouldn't have grudged that money from them. That would provide more work for more people.

On return car wasn't at the pick up point due to admin error but it was very quickly solved. Access onto the Forth bridge route very easy even in the dark.

This was better than the car park that I previously used beside the airport. On return I did not have to find my car nor to defrost it, as it was waiting for me, heated up, at the reception. Our transfer to the airport was instant, even though we arrived at 3a.m. Pick up was also instant. The fact that it is a couple of miles from the terminal is of no consequence. Do not waste money parking at the airport when this one is cheaper and just as convenient.

Pretty much exactly as it says on the tin - I parked the car at reception and left the keys, and when I got back a week later my car was back at reception waiting for me. The chap at reception barely grunted when I left my keys with him but I suppose I didn't need an in-depth conversation at 4am! The transfer shuttle was there very quickly so there was no waiting, all in all it was easy to use and I'd definitely park here again.

Overall experience was fine. If you are not in a hurry to get home when you get back, then this is a good place to park as you will be able to save some money.

This was an excellent secure car park. We had immediate transfer to the airport and on return only had to wait about 5 minutes for the coach to arrive at the pickup point. Car was ready and waiting for us at reception. First class service with no complaints.
