Had little problem finding the place although I think a detailed map would help many others. Minimum fuss dropping off / picking up car. Didn't have to wait too long for transfer to / from airport.

It made a great start and finish to our holiday meeting such friendly drivers and having such prompt service. It was a weight off our shoulders to know the car was secure and we could access it so readily on our return.

transfers first class no hanging around on return car was sitting ready to load and drive off ,excellent service would definitely use again.

Overall pretty good value, the only gripe being the length of time it took for the coach to come for pick up on return - about twenty minutes

parking was very easy to find,we had never left from edinburgh before so we were a bit apprehensive about finding car park but was no bother at all.The staff were very helpful and everything was done very smoothly, definately use them again and have already recommended them to family and friends.

This was my first time using Park and Fly and I cannot find any fault with the facility. We were transferred swiftly from the park to the airport and it took only slightly longer from the airport to the car park on our return. I would use the park again.

although company offer a good service and transfer service, i was disappionted to say the least that upon pick up of my car founf it had been hit by another user. i feel this may have been avoided if cars were not parked at the exit route and drop off/pick up point for bus added to that lack of lighting for manouvers. no office personnel approched me at the time only the driver who hit me to exchange details.

bus was ready waiting to take us to the airport, quick check in of car, very speedy, and the same on way back, bus was waiting and car was ready to jump into. Highly recommend.

I have no complaints and will certainly use your parking service whenever I shall need airport parking again.

would not hesitate to use this park again. particulary impressed with speed of reception and coming to the airport on return. The driver of the mini-bus was very helpful with luggage etc. - welcomed by we pensioners!!

We found the site with no trouble, coach was ready and waiting transfer to airport was quick dropof point at door. On return by the time we collected our luggage and exited the airport coach was waiting, driver friendly and helpful.

This was well sighnposted to park and secure, even saaw the guard dogs!! bus was there for us when we arrived and the driver loaded our (very heavy) cases onto the bus for us, unloaded them at the terminal then made sure we knew what to do to contact them on return. all i n all 5 star service, very helpful, wioll defo use again

When booking I was a bit concerned about the car park being a few miles from the airport. I shouldn't have been! Service was fast and friendly and we were whisked off to the airport in a couple of minutes. The journey did literally only take a few minutes and we were given clear instructions about what to do on our return. On return from holiday, one free phone call and transport was waiting for us when we got to the bus stand. In the car park the car was at reception waiting for us. I wish the rest of the holiday had been as impressive!!! I have no hesitation in recommending this service - your car is in good hands.

The whole process of dropping of the car and being transported to the terminal was done in a friendly and very efficient manner - it could not have been done any more quickly. The return process was just as efficient with the bus awaiting us at the airport and the car ready for us at the carpark. I was most impressed with the level of professionalism and will recomend you to my friends.

Staff were extremely helpful and the location of the carpark was excellent. Instructions for finding the location of the carpark were very easy to follow. I would recommend "Park and Fly" to anybody the uses Edinburgh airport.
