From arrival on the out bound to returning 4 weeks later the service provided was first class no waiting no problems all was VG and at a very good price. You and your team deserve my praise and thanks for taking care of my car and with perfect service to me and my wife.

Once I had located the car park I checked my car in and the shuttle service immediately took me to the airport. On my arrival I phoned and was given clear instructions where to meet my pick up. On arrival at the car park my car was waiting - smelling fresher than when I had left it. Thank you!! Excellent service I will use you again and reccomend you to others.

No problems whatsoever, I'd happily use them again and would be quite happy to recommend them to my friends. I particularly liked the fact that my car was parked right at the drop off point with the keys ready to go. I've used a similar company at Luton and it was a bit of a faff to get the keys before I could head off.

The car park was to my complete satisfaction and the driver on the transfer coach was very friendly and helpful. This is the second time I have used Park and Fly and I would certainly use them again.

Would have been easier to find it if directions were updated, otherwise excellent service to and from airport. No waiting on going to airport and only a 10 minute wait on return. Our car was ready and waiting for us next to the entrance. Staff were very courteous and helpful, we will definitely use again and highly recommended.

For the lowest cost parking at EDI you can't really go past this place, but it's quite a bit from the airport and quite difficult to find (particularly in the dark if you are getting an early flight). Staff were friendly, the pickup vehicle was new and the transfer was pretty quick. On the way back we waited for about 15 mins at the terminal coach station, but car was ready and waiting when we got back to compound.

Thought the facilities were very good. This was the first time we used the carpark and we would certainly use it again. Really nice staff who helped with the baggage - very chatty and friendly. A bit further out than some of the other carparks but we felt this was reflected in the price which was very competitive. Always a nice end to the holiday when you can pick your car up and have no hassles - Thank you!

I arrived at the carpark to find that the friendly staff knew all about my arrival & a coach was waiting to take me the short drive to the airport. On the return journey, I waited a few minutes before being picked up & taken back to the carpark where my car was waiting for me to drive away. It was a pleasure to use this service & I would recommend it to anyone!

I found the car park great value for money and would be sure to use them again. Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to be picked up from the depot and airport. Helpful staff, took care when loading/unloading you baggage and had your car ready with keys to just load up and drive off. Brilliant car park!!

I booked my Car into your Safe Car park and all was well. On arrival I remembered that I was returning a date later than I had book. I feared the worst but on paying a small amount all was well.on the 22nd the Coach was there and after a short journey, the driver showed me to my car and it was all so easy. Marks out of 10? 10 of course and a gold star. This is the 2nd time I have used your car park too. Regards, Mr.McCabe.

"Cons" comment above may have been due to the fact that it appears that only 2 persons are on site at any one time, one covering the shuttle service and the other doing the admin, parking vehicles, answering the phone, etc. I may be mistaken in this but it was my experience both dropping off and collecting my car. Perhaps additional staff on site would speed things up. I would comment that the premises at Edinburgh are far from salubrious, in fact they are dirty and untidy. The staff also were not too well turned out although they were very helpful. A premises makeover and staff uniforms might help to improve the image as first impressions, at the moment, are not good.

Hello, I was disappointed with your directions. There were no directions for someone coming from the North, say Stirling. You might also consider giving distances to the various checkpoints, ie from Edinburgh airport to the B7030 is approx "X" miles. Also the word "for" is missing from the second sentence, this gives the reader a sense of lack of attention to detail, otherwise everything was perfect, Allan Hull

Travellers from Fife will appreciate this parking facility. The downloaded map is most useful, but in the dark it would be helpful to have more specific information regarding direction turn to the entrance to the car park. The transfer to the airport was quick and very commmfortable and the return journey equally so and drivers on both occasions were very helpful in transferring luggage, including golf clubs which is not always the case with some companies. A very competitively priced service which I would be happy to use again and to recommend.

No problems here whatsoever, they were fast and efficient and great value for money.

it was quite hard to find,but that was maybe my slovak boyfriend not reading the directions very well!!on arrival everything was dealt with quickly and in a very friendly manner.it was only a couple of minutes until we were on our way to the airport.on return we were told where to wait for the mini bus.we only waited 5 mins and back at the car park our car was there by the reception.very easy and unstressful

The location shown on the small map on the website led me to believe it was along the Broxburn road. I thought I new the area but the road signage threw me a little. I normally used a parking site nearer the airport which offered a bus service every 10 mins however if you have luggage you have a bit of a struggle taking it onto the bus. The minibus with the rear doors allows the cases to be stowed prior to boarding therefore removing this problem, not to mention that the driver also very kindly helped. When we returned from holiday we were dropped off at our car, not at a bus stop which could be 200 yards or more from the car. This could be a deciding factor for a lot of people. Did I mention that it is also more cost effective? I tend to use Edinburgh airport if possible for all flights so I will be using this service in the future. Finally, I would have marked great for all sections of the ratings but I like to leave room for improvement. (No, I don't work for Park and Fly.)

I book with this car park approx 6 times a year and never had any trouble atall.This time i was 2 hours late as customs held me and the car park staff were great when i phoned eventually and arrived within 5 mins at the airport.I highly recommend this car park to all friends and family.

I have used Edinburgh Park & Fly twice recently and I am very satisfied with the service given. Staff are helpful in lifting cases etc and I was not kept waiting long for a mini bus transfer either at Park and Fly or at the airport. I would be happy to use them again if they keep their prices competitive.

The other companies we have used have their vehicles at the pick up point waiting for us as they know when the planes have landed and have timed it so you are not waiting in the cold or rain.
