Not well sign posted fairly dificult to find unless previously used or you have local knowledge of the area. Transfers great. Rush hour traffic does create delays and possible problems as well as refurbishment of the roads in this particular area which seem to be ongoing.

Efficient swift service with a smile. I would have no hesitation in using or recomending this excellent service.

Arrived and checked car in, bags loaded on to the waiting coach by the staff and dropped at departures, simple process when coming back, phone the number, pick up point outside arrivals door, straight to the car park where your car is waiting at the check in point, collect your keys and away, hassle free parking.

Easily booked, clear info on process and directions, pleasant staff, efficient.

No problems finding car park - clear directions given - quick transfer to Edinburgh Airport following drop off of car. Return was not so good.. arrived back at Airport 11pm, I was one of the 1st off the flight and phoned for transfer. I was told the driver was waiting and went immediatly to the exit only to see the mini bus driving away with one person on board. Phoned again before minibus even out of sight and was told driver would be contacted and turn back to collect us. Waited 15 minutes and then phoned again told driver had not got message until he had left airport! Waited further 10min before minibus returned. When back at car park - gates open and no sign of any security personnel - advised by driver of mini bus that keys to our cars were left on front seats. How long had the car park been left open with no aparent security with cars open and keys in full view? Not very secure and quite worrying!

The staff were very friendly, helpful and even wished all customers a happy holiday. The coaches were very punctual with staff carrying all luggage in and out of them. Also lowest parking costs at Edinburgh Airport I could find.

Near the Airport. Couldn't fault the service. Arrangements for uplift easy and coach arrived just as they said it would.
