Though some way from Turnhouse they always seem to be ready for the transfer to the airport and are usually pretty sharp on the return leg also. They don't leave your car under trees like some sites I could mention!

Was a bit worried about the number of cars in the car park but there was a plan and on my rerturn my car had been moved t a position that enabled a quick getaway. Great !!!

no problems,polite driver, 5 mins to airport very short wait for bus on return. could do with a couple of more large direction signs to site.

We arrived 1 hour early, by mistake mine!! the staff said no problem and we were in a bus and off to the airport within minutes. Pick up was easy too and we had no hanging about.

Park & Fly was easy to book and competitively priced, also the car park itself was easy to find with the directions given. I went away rest assured my car was safe and secure. All the staff were pleasant, courteous and happy to help. Transfers were on time too so it meant no hanging about in the middle of the night.

Friendly staff - even at 0500hrs in the morning and everything went very smoothly. I would definately use this company again. I have now used NCP thro' the airlines web site and now park and fly. Using park and fly I saved £32-00 on my trip (15 days) with no problems wherby using the big car parks at the airport it was very difficult getting on and off the coaches with all the baggage. Park and Drive with small coaches had the luggage at the back of the coach and we had plenty of leg room. Five star company and thank you

After 1 long haul flight and then flight from Paris to Edinburgh we just phoned the number given to us. Service bus was waiting outside airport, taken right to our car which had the engine running. No hanging about 1st class service. Will use again when flying from Edinburgh and have already recommended to friends.

left our car in good faith and came back to find a large indentation on our passenger side door handle and scratches on the passenger side wing mirror and scratches on the car.will not recommend this car park io anyone who asks, as it is not a secure car park in my opinion. the manager was not very helpful in dealing with this matter, and i am taking the matter further, to see what can be done about the damage to my car

We found this a very straight forward service to use. Booked easily and directions pretty straight forward. On the day we were running late due to road works and got to the site flustered. Drove straight to reception, confirmed details in no time, dropped keys and straight onto shuttle bus at reception(with plenty help loading our family of 5's bags and no parking car, finding bus stop and waiting for bus as at other sites I've used)). At airport in 5/10mins. On return called the number after collecting our bags , went to bus stop, shuttle bus arrived within minutes. Again driver helpful and friendly. Back at site dropped at reception area and car waiting with the keys ready to go. I suppose there may be an element of 'risk' with this but there was someone watching from outside reception. May not have looked the prettiest of sites but we found it really easy and convenient. Would definetly use again.

I was honestly very pleasantly surprised by the service I received. The shuttle was quick and efficient and the value for money unbeatable.

I found Park and Fly an easy facility to find and for me travelling North on return it was a very easy and quick route to the Forth Road Bridge.

The bus was fast and on time. My car was looked after and was ready for me as I got of the bus. All in all a good deal.

very good instructions to find the place, what was great was i forgot my camera (left it in the car) and a lovely man drove back to get it for me and bought it back special, i was so pleased, i could not thank him enough. also a lovely polish gent took us to the airport and handled all our luggage with respect. i will certainly use this place again if i fly from edinburgh. thanks for the service

Carpark was easy to find without going to far into edinburgh. It was cheap, friendly with very efficient and quick tranfers to and from the airport

Tricky to find location of car park,carpark itself seemed very tight packed, with cars bumper to bumper, fast transfers to and from the airport ,all in all, a no frills good value service,which i would use again -like anything in life,you get what you pay for .

I was very pleased with the service. Infact I forgot to take my car seat out and only realised when we arrived at the airport. The driver very kindly drove back to my car and returned the car seat to me at the airport. I would use and highly recomend your service to all my friends and family. The return journey back to my car from the airport was very speedy with no delays excellent!

We had no bother finding the car park as the details of how to get there were very clear. Once there the staff were very efficient and friendly. Would definately use this car park again.

all fine; site seemed very full, but everything went smoothly; my seat belt on the transfer coach was mangled and did not work properly; otherwise very good service - will book again

When we picked up the car, we noticed that someone must have driven our car for about 60 miles. I assume that the car was parked somewhere else. One has to consider the additional costs for the petrol as well as potential damages that might occur (but did not in our case) when the car is moved over larger distances.

Was in the airport 5 minutes after arriving at the carpark and was in the carpark 5 minutes after arriving at the airport pick up point on our return.Dont think you can say anymore than that :))
