I was running late and couldn't find the car park so called. The man who answered calmed me down and directed me to the car park. He knew exactly where I was and where I needed to go to get to the car park. In all the madness, I left my boarding pass in the car (first time ever). I had no time to go back so the guy on the transfer bus called the car park for me and they brought it out within 10 mins. I was so grateful. Nothing was a bother. They were friendly, very helpful and courteous. On my return, I text the number as requested and the transfer bus was there within 10 mins. The driver showed me where my car was as I couldn't see it right away. They went out of their way to help and I'm so grateful.

Although the car park is not exactly right next to the airport the transfer only took 15 mins from parking the car to getting to airport. The only criticism I have is that there are insufficent signing to car park, it took us about 15 mins to find the car park after we got to the mcdonalds restaurant, better signs are definetely required, also, the wait for the coach on our return was 25 mins, a long time to wait when your tired and the weather is freezing. Overall, I would use again but next time i'll get the kids to wait in the airport building if it's cold until the coach arrives.

Badly lit parking on arrival. transfer took twenty minutes standing in the cold waiting pick up. Car was not ready at pick up. Despite discussing the change of pick up date and time when I left my car they had not changed the pick up times and date on there paper system. Staff argued with me and accused me of not informing them. Having just traveled from Hawaii and spent 27 hours traveling I did not want a discussion regarding why my car was not available. The only man on duty argued that it was my own fault that I had to wait another twenty minutes whilst he went looking for my car. Then the car floor was covered in mud from his boots. So needless to say I will not be using them again.

Arrived at car park and bus was waiting to take us right to the airport. On return journey, walked out of the airport and the bus was waiting, the driver helped us with our bags and dropped us off right at our car. Picked up the keys from reception and drove off. Total time from walking out of airport to driving our car, under 10 minutes.

Service and punctuality were good although the reception area would benefit from toilets and a sitting area.

The carpark is ideally situated for those travelling to Edinburgh airport from the North as we were. It was easy to find and within five minutes of arriving we were on the bus to the airport. Similarly, on our return, the bus arrived very promptly to collect us. All in all we were extremely satisfied and will certainly use again.

I found the service to be very good and was pleased to find that on my return my car had been started and warmed up ! This was very pleasant as it was 2am !!

It was easy to find and as soon as I arrived there was a minibus waiting to take me to the airport. The trip took about 10 minutes and I was dropped off in front of the airport halls. I think it would have taken me longer and cost me a lot more had I decided to park at the airport. The car was ready to go when I returned. I will definetely use this method of travelling again!

we were very impressed with the park and fly not only was it easy to find but the vehicle we went to the airport in was very spacious and we left the park and fly within five minutes of booking in and just a phone call when you landed back in edinburgh the park and fly were at the pick up point as quick as we were

Interior light on leading to a flat battery, manager very abusive and unhelpful,rear seat belts fastened and sweets left in car, engine management fault showing speedometer had been disconected, lead me to suspect car had been used in my abscence,

Car park was quite easy to find. Check in and transfer went very smoothly with no delay. Pick up also went very smoothly.

First time I have used Park and Fly. Very satisfied with the facility and would recommend them. Only had to wait 5 - 10 mins for transport to the airport and on return mini bus was waiting for us.

Transfers were efficient and car was returned without damage. When caught in a traffic jam, driver found an alternative route that speeded up our return home. I'll use them again.

staff were pleasant and friendly, parking area appeared safe and secure, price was good and transfers were smooth trouble free and punctual

On our return I felt that there was a problem with the condition of the car.I registered my complaint with the staff and just at that moment along came the manager/owner whom I assumed was going to inform me of the company's complaints proceedure. However, I was subjected to not only a tirade of swearing and verbal abuse but also threatened with having my face punched in. As a senior citizen and frequent traveller I can honestly say I have never encountered behaviour like it. You will not be surprised to learn that the threat of physical violence would prevent me from ever recommending this car park to anyone.

On arrival at Edinburgh for first time it was not easy to find the stand for Park and Fly without asking due to the roads alterations etc.

Small problem Directions state right at "Yes Car Credit" this no longer exists or has changed name. Could be a problem for stranger to the area.

The parking site was easy to find. Reception-- friendly and efficient. On our return, the flight was delayed AND diverted to Glasgow. When we eventually arrived at Edinburgh Airport and phoned the parking site, well after midnight, the shuttle coach was already there. The transfer was swift, and our car was ready and waiting with the keys in place. Service with a smile. We'll certainly use it again!!! I. Milne

The previous sentence is probably my first impression of my first park and fly experience. I have since been away with a friend who used a different long stay which was much closer and much better but possibly much more expensive, So I presume it's all relevant. You get what you pay for.

From start to finish the experience was excellent. Staff were expecting when i arrived and car was running for me coming home. Was great to get into a nice warm car.
