Found the car park per instructions no problem. Staff very helpful and on return we were picked up fairly quickly. Have recommended you to friends. Good value.

I had problems previously with another, closer company who kept me waiting 40 mins at the pick-up despite only being 3 mins away. No such issues here; were professional and friendly throughout. Will definitely use again.

On arrival handed in car keys turned around and the driver had already placed our suit cases into mini-bus,arrived at the airport and the driver gave us instructions where to pick-up the bus. On arrival back from our holiday telephoned company whilst at the luggage carousel went out side and the minibus was there waiting for us.

Our flight ended up getting changed and we got directed to glasgow and then a bus to edinburgh. The staff at park and fly were very helpful and came and collected us immediately from where we had been dropped off. They kept in touch the full time and were nothing short of excellent, cant reccommend them enough! amazing!

Directions to park are good but perhaps a road sign or two would be a plus. On arrival everything went very easy, staff very friendly and helpful. Left for the airport immediately. On return to airport the pick up arrived within minutes, car waiting for my departure. Good location, staight on to motorway and home. I will certainly use again and recommend to any one wishing quality and value.

Having read the testimonies of previous users I was expecting to return to a lovely warm car just ready to drive away. However this was not the case, the car would not start due to a flat battery. I appreciate this was no fault of Park and Fly, however I would have thought as a courtesy someone would have turned the engine over to check. I was given assistance though by way of a jump start.

I was delighted and very grateful that when we arrived back from holiday and they picked us up and took us back to the car park that our car had been switched on and was lovely and warm for us it was brilliant service and would recommend them to everyone thank you xx

I found my experiance with you tremendous the woman on the desk was friendly and curteous.The transfer to airport was quick and very effeciant Trevor our driver was very polite and nothing was a hassle.On our transfer back to car park Trevor again was very interseted in our trip and very friendly,when we got back to my car i found that it had been washed and ready for me to pick up which was a very nice suprise,i have already recommended you to family and friends and i know some has used you.

Our flight was cancelled by FlyBe after checking in. We returned to the carpark and the owner was very helpful in our receiving a full refund as we were not using the facility. Very much appreciated as we have lost a considerable amount of money through the airline's action.

Found the site on the Web (apparantly booking direct would have been cheaper)arrived timeously and were taken within about five minutes to athe airport. On our return we called the freephone telephone number and were collected again within ten minutes and taken back to our car - very efficient.

The on demand transfers were quick and driver was friendly and helped with the bags. The directions on the web are simple and clear.Good service and good value. slightly further out but this is reflexed in the price.Possible easier to find than some car parks closer to the airport.

good cheap airport parking, but like i say, when travelling from south area (coming from A1, or A702 etc) there are no directions, and when i called for some when i was en route i got no help as they didn't seem to know where i was (i was at the esso on the 702 juncion) also, when i got back my car was COVERED in bird dirt, and various other muck and stuff, so wasn't too happy about that.

I was absolutely delighted with the service given by Edinburgh Park and Fly. The travel directions were clear. The luggage was put onto the minibus for us and we were whisked off to the airport moments after dropping off the car keys. On the return journey we made one quick call on arrival and by the time we had made our way to the bus stance, the minibus was waiting for us. I highly recommend this for efficiency of service and value for money.

The directions were good and not complicated.I was a little dubious about handing over my car keys to the attendant having read an article in a national newspaper regarding a family doing just that. I spoke with the attendant who gave me a full rundown of the methods the car park adapt. I was then confident enough to hand over my keys to him. The waiting for transfers was very good the best I have experienced and I travel a lot. Overall an excellent service.

Easy to find car park then immediate transfer to airport. unfortunately it was very confusing on return as bus stance 7 was in use buy a large coach. This was not told to us when I phoned up to confirm we were back - we were told to go to stance 7. The driver was however apologetic when he found us at stance 8. I am sure this could be easily avoided with better communication from the airport to the parking company. Car all ready for us to go when we got back to car park with no other problems.

In minutes after arrival we were on our way to the airport, given a card with a phone number to phone on return( no charge call). On return we were picked up very soon after phoning and our car was sitting waiting for us at the car park. A totally non hassle service at a good price. Will use them again

Thought it was good, but front gate seemed to be a simple swing gate whne rest of compound was highwire fence. Book in was good & quick, transfer was speedy. I'd use Park & Fly again - at least now I can find it; finding B7030 was easy but actual compound took a small tour.

It was my first experience of airport parking, and if it's this easy you have nothing to worry about. Good staff, prompt pickup and car ready to go. Thanks again.

Turned up at car park, got straight on the shuttle bus (4-5 minute drive). Driver helped load on and off luggage. On return phoned freefone number and bus was waiting for us when we arrived at the pick up point. Got back to carpark driver offloaded luggage right beside our car which was waiting with keys in it. Loaded up and drove off. Simple. Have used this company twice and would definitely use them again. Also the cheapest.

Helpful staff, good secure park, bad signposting. I would use this park again now that I know how to get there quickly.
