It is so easy to find just look for the Esso Garage and you can't go wrong.

I was a little apprehensive at first as the car park is not at the airport. But I did not need to worry as soon as we arrived we were attended to quickly by the staff on reception. The transfer bus took us straight to the airport there was no waiting around. When we arrived back from holiday. It was nice to be greeted by the driver who had a smiled and welcomed us back. We were taken again without delay and dropped off at our car. I would not hesitate to use this carp park again a very positive experience.

Great service, very friendly and accommodating. We were late but our anxieties of getting to the airport in time were addressed professionally and effectively. Happy customers indeed.

Upon arrival to car park, was informed about status of my flight which was unexpected but appreciated. The mini bus was waiting for immediate departure which was very convenient, no waiting time at all. Bus dropped us right outside the terminal. After collecting by luggage from returning flight, the mini bus was waiting outside terminal, again ready for immediate departure back to car park. Experienced no problems with Park and Fly and will use them again without hesitation. Would highly reccommend.

on arrival staff helped me with luggage transfer to minibus also onto luggage trolley at airport On return they again assisted with my luggage and my car was in an easily accessible position with the ignition key in the car Altogether the easiest transfer ive ever had

The car park site is basic but efficient. The staff knew we were due to arrive, using out name as soon as we got out of the car. Transfer to the airport was immediate. Transfer back from the airport to the car park was reasonably quick, just had to wait on a couple of arrivals. We were dropped right at the car and the car keys were in the passengers seat, allowing us to load up and leave immediately. I have used them before and would use them again.

We have parked at this car park a few times now and have always found the service exvellent and anytime we are flying from Edinburgh we will use this car park.

Good value for money,service immediate and staff friendly.Will definately book with them again. Thank you.

It was by far the cheapest option and everything worked out fine with them. We just waited a little bit longer at the airport than we have done with other companies, and since the parking lot is further away and on the other side of a very busy roundabout, the tranfers take a bit longer. But I guess this is why the price was lower than the others!

the only problem we had was a wing mirror had been knocked on the passengers side and it had put the mirror out of alingment and was difficult to reset and fix.

Good service, though when we got home the number we were to call to be picked up was engaged for 10 mins !!! Also, a guard dog is not required and is animal cruelty, the poor animal was locked in a tiny pen in all weathers. Arnold Clark has a lot more cars and dont require a guard dog so why do park and fly ?!? Very unhappy about that and for that reason alone I would not use this company again.

Our outward journey could not be faulted. However our pickup on return left us hanging about in the cold for approximately 25 minutes which does not seem bad but for the fact that another of their coaches was sitting empty at the adjacent bus stop.

the staff was very friendly,helpful and good manerd.thay were punctual.it is an excilent service and well worth the money.

Within 2 minutes of arriving at the car park we were on our way to the airport. On landing back at edinburgh airport the bus was already waiting to pick us up and we were dropped off right beside our car back at the airport car park. First class service (and the cheapest).

Coming back on a late night flight to find one's car parked by the gate with the keys in and ready to go makes homecoming very easy.

Everything was fine except for the transfer from airport back to car park,waited 25 minutes had the feeling they will not come for you until they can have there minibus full,not the first time this has happened as it happens constantly,would not advice anyone to use if they are in a hurry to get home.

everything was done fast efficiant and with out any time wasting the driver was very pleasent and professional

Having returned to Edinburgh on an extremely cold and frosty night, we very much appreciated that the car had been heated and the windscreen and windows cleared. From a previous occasion, we know this is not just a one-off service and it is another extra which would encourage us to continue using your facility and recommend it to friends.

although i live less than 20 minutes from glasgow airport i find Edinburgh an easy commute and great hassle free service at park and ride. i shall be using them again on my next excursion. Andrew Mcfarlane
