Cars very, very tightly packed. Expected this to a certain extent but was amazed by the creativity used to fit so many cars onto the site. Everyone else's car was ready, engines running and key's in the ignition when mini-bus arrived after picking us up from the airport - my car wasn't though and it took some time for them to find it (meanwhile I was concerned that someone could have driven off in my car) and definite crunching was heard as they moved cars to get my car out. Fortunately my car wasn't damaged but I'm sure someone's was by the noise that was made by cars being moved about, mentioned this to the man who found my car and he denied it. Apart from that staff where friendly and it was cheap and I had read reviews so knew what was letting myself in for, but don't know if I'd risk using them again.

Do not think the car park is sufficiently signposted. The staff were efficient and friendly and the coach was there when we arrived at the car park and arrived promptly on our return from our holiday.

We have used Park and Fly 3 times now and would recommend them to friends and family. Excellant value for money.

Check-in on arrival was efficient and we were transferred quickly to airport. Our return journey was equally quick and staff were most courteous and helpful. Good value for money.

The question on Facilities,especially the one on lighting, I feel I can't answer honestly as I left my car in daylight and collected it,so how can I comment on that. Security? again how can I possibly comment,I wasn't there. However the transfers were excellent and I would use the company again.

Very quick friendly pick up even though early morning On return one free phone call at Edinburgh Airport, minibus ready waiting at stance then within 1 minute off to pick up car ready and quickly off home

This service is 1st class. We were immediately taken to the airport after parking our car, and on return the shuttle bus was waiting at the airport to collect us. On arrival at the car park our car was already at reception .

the staff could be a bit more friendly but everything else is worth the money. everything happened as expected and I am definitely going to use this service and company from now on.

On return for my car found lighting at car park very poor,could not check car until I got home,fortunately ok

Good value for money. Basic facilities, car was safe and DIDN'T look like it's been bombed by seagulls! Like drop-off service I'd used on last trip. Would use again.

the car park was easy to find.it was ideally situated.not far from the airport and the motorway, so we didn`t have long to wait on our return journey.a few minutes at most.

The car park is easy to find. A bus was already there to take me to the airport and my car was sitting waiting for me to collect on my return. Service was good and my car appeared to be in a very secure place, which gave me peace of mind while on holiday.

The car park is easy to find and ideally placed for coming off the M8 with no need to go into Edinburgh. The staff were all helpful. They were waiting for our arrival and one other couple, as soon as second couple arrived we were off - a matter of minutes. On the return journey our car was waiting for collection. Very smooth operation. The area and look of the car park leaves a lot to be desired but don't be put off by it.

For cheapness (which is the main consideration for me) Park and Fly were the best. I would certainly use them again.

Park and Fly have nice friendly staff the transfer service is punctual.The service was well worth the money.

we boooked our car in to be collected a day late in error. even though our car was stored elsewhere we only had a few minutes ro wait on it.
