The staff member at reception, on departure, was friendly and efficient. The reception area was dimly lit as was the area where the cars were left. All the cars seemed to be tightly packed in. The transfer was fast. On return, I was pleased to check and see that there was no damage. I was told brusquely at reception that the keys should be in the car. All in all you get what you pay for....a cheap and cheerful service.

The facilities were good. The site was easy to find even in the dark. The process was qick and transport to the airport was ready and available. On my return the transport was waiting at the airport. My car was parked and ready for my return. I will definately use this facilty again

I decided to try park and fly because I had to book my car in for three weeks and it was looking really expensive. Park and fly were half the price of some other secure car parks, so I thought I would give them a shot. My conclusion: I made the right choice. Bus transfers were quick and efficient- we didn't have to wait at all and the car was waiting when we returned. I would definately use them again.

When we went to park the van the owner of the car park was not very happy that we had a van. He told us that he would not have accepted the booking and if I did not agree with him he would not let me park the van. There was other vans parked in the car park, but he told us he does not accept vans. It is stressfull enough flying, without this added agrivation at the car park when you are going to fly. We reserved the parking in good faith and stated that the vehicle was a Ford Transit. I do not think that this is good customer service offered by the owner of the car park.

Both the staff in the office and driving the bus, were extremely friendly and helpful; and the service was very reasonably priced. In fact, I have already booked my next stay with them because i was so impressed!

A very slick operation.No problems checking in-we were on a bus within minutes of leaving our car and the driver was most helpful with luggage and told us exactly where to find him on our return.We shall use this service again.

Easy to follow directions. Quick and comfortable transfer to and from airport.

I had to change my dates of departure and arrival 24 hours before I was due to fly because the airline cancelled the flight I had booked. I contacted Park and Fly and they changed my booking at no extra cost.

Minibus was promptly waiting for us but phone number being unavailable caused me some anxiety on my return home late at night. Excellent service though.

I found the price to be the best value on offer. We were bussed to the airport immediately on our arrival and a bus was waiting to return us to our vehicle when we got back. No fuss, no hanging around. Very happy overall with the service provided.

No fuss on arrival just checked receipt took keys and away we went. On returning we were delayed by over two hours but this wasn't a problem for staff. They arrived within minutes to collect us and our car was ready and waiting! Would use again without question!

hard to find at first because of rubbish positioning provided by Google maps.. but luckily my 8 yr old daughter spotted the easy-to-spot signs and were there in no time. very efficient and prompt transfers, good value, will use again if i fly from edinburgh.

Have used them twice now,and have found them to be very efficient. Even though I had incorrectly typed 23.00hrs as my arrival time, and arrived at 07.00hrs,it did not seem to phase them. I will be using them again in the future.

The car park appeared to be organised, clean and lighting appeared to be above standard. The staff were friendly and helpful and transfer was above expectation, driver was waiting luggages load, bus/transfer to airport and luggages unloaded and I had a lot especially as I had to take the childrens care seats.

Sign posts for the facility were not easy to find and it was more a case of guessing until we eventually found the property. Apart from that the service was great.

My wife and I arrived at the car park at 3AM for our early morning holiday flight to find smiling staff who transferred us to the airport within minutes. Upon our return to the airport our transfer and exit from the car park was equally as efficient.

Staff were helpful on arrival and we had no distance to walk to awaiting minibus ready to take us to the airport. On our return our car was waiting ready. Thanks to gosimply we have found the best deal this time and for 2 future trips.
