Staff was very helpful. Car park location is not too far from airport and is value for money. Service to and from airport is punctual. Around every 30minutes so not long waits in between pickups.

I would definitely recommend the service. Cost was £30 for 4 nights so was more than I ideally would have liked to pay but it was a safe and secure site!

Parking was as efficient as we have experienced before - no problems at all

Slight problem at Birmingham as the bus stopped is shared with another company and we got on the wrong coach.

Both the reception staff and drivers where very helpful, even though I was a little dithery (travelling alone). Clearly explained how it worked and I paid extra to get the car cleaned (£35). Bus transfer left regulary and was dropped off outside departures. On return - straight on bus, back to a lovely clean car and straight off. No delays, Value for money.

Good service. Perhaps help with cases for senior citizens on and off the coaches would be apreciated.

The whole procedure was simple.Staff were polite and efficiant.The only critisism is on the return the flight was late because of an incident at Birmingham,i thought there may have been more buses laid on to transfer the numbers of people.

Staff were friendly. A New key drop facility is easy to follow. I only had to wait a few minutes for a bus to arrive.

Staff very helpful and a bus waiting on arrival to the car park and on arrival to the airport on our return journey. My only disappointment was that we greeted the bus driver on our return journey and then thanked him for getting us back to the car park and we were totally ignored. No need for ignorance!! But overall, a very good service.

Airparks was all in all a good experience. I have used the parking in Birmingam twice now and both times the staff have been friendly yet extremely efficient and polite. It is also nice to know you're car is in a secure area and not at risk. I would recommend using Airparks to anyone who doesn't want to pay extorniate fees at the airport!

These guys recognise that you'll a appreciate a friendly service at the start of your holiday and don't disappoint. Will book with them again.

The directions printed on the site are very useful as we were arriving at 11:30pm. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who welcomed us and was very clear in the process for collecting our car. She convinced us to pay an extra £25 to have the car meet us at the airport. I still feel this is a little steep having already paid a lot to park the car, but we were arriving in the early hours of Monday morning and faced a long drive home so paid it reluctantly. I have to say this was worth it in the end as we came straight out of arrivals and only waited 10 mins or so for the car. The facilities at the car park where the only thing that let it down. When a coach left, empty, 1 minute before we were ready, we had 20 minutes to wait for the next one. We sat on hard plastic chairs in a bleak waiting room, and the only refreshment facilities was an old hot drinks machine. After a 2 hour drive with no food, a sandwich or snack machine and somewhere comfy to sit would have been appreciated. On arriving home, we phoned the number as advised as we went to collect our bags and were given clear instructions on where to find our car. The gentleman who met us was polite and friendly and ensured we checked the car over prior to driving away. All in all, I would definitely use this service again as the customer service was brilliant and all staff very friendly. As mentioned, the only improvements could be made on facilities and price for car delivery.

as expected Was a little tricky to navigate back to the m42 but it was 2am and I was tired

lighting could have been better especially with children and women walking back to locate cars

Transfer bus could be filled less full and maybe run more frequently during peak periods. Our bus was packed so full in both directions that there was no room to breathe and nothing to hold on too as there were too many standing passengers. I have no problem with the 25 minute intervals in principle but it seemed to me it could be longer as when there was a heavy flight arrival, if you just missed the first bus there was no certainty you could get on the second one; you may even have to wait for the third.

Found the whole experience very easy and efficient. Thumbs up airparks, i will be using you again.

Good service and good value, transport from and to the car park was good too.

Upon arrival we saw the Air Park shuttle Bus at the pick up point, and as we came out of the terminal doors, noticed the doors of bus shut and the driver about to pull out. The driver must have seen us rushing towards the pick up point, and he stopped and opened the doors for us and welcomed us aboard. An eagle caring eye of the driver potentially saved us 1/2 HR wait which is the last thing anyone wants when returning home from a long flight. So 11/10 for the driver.
