Entering the parking area was to say the least confusing for us and another car needs to be clearer where you can park on arrival and where the office is.

I found Pink Elephant Park and Refresh easy to book and once we found it very easy parking and transfers to airport and back.

Easy to find both car park and office, staff were efficient, quick and easy drop off and pick up of vehicle, good value for money

The complimentary coffee was a nice touch before and after a tiring journey. The staff were very helpful. We are using Hilton Pink Elephant again next week for our next trip.

The pink elephant staff couldn't have been more helpful! The female member of staff had a wonderful sense of humour, and was extremely polite and courteous.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The bus driver could have been more pleasant. Punctuality and reliability of transfer was excellent but one has to plan for extra time because there seem to be only 2 trips per hour. Good price too.

Found the website on google great service straight forward great transfer service to airport. On return car was clean well looked after. I will definitely use this service again.

The staff were great and when we turned up early it was no problem to collect our car. The sort or service i like fun easy going.

My last review criticised the fact that a note had been put in the windscreen stating the date of my return which I had considered is a potential vehicle security compromise. I last used the service only a few weeks ago posting this view recently therefore. No such note in my windscreen this time which may have been an oversight (or just 'special treatment for the whinger with the Toyota!) but, whatever the reason, it means I can now say that I have no issues and that I would recommend the service to Stansted users. Well done folks (and a nice bunch as well with the ability to have a bit of banter; like it !)

Early morning departure,hotel carpark very busy unable to park within "Pink" area. Staff on return where brash with me & previous customer. Surprised by time I was back as the paperwork shows "time landing", this is not what you complete when you book service. Overall a reasonable service for the price, but take into account if you just miss the bus a 30 minute wait for next service.

Overall, this was good but I would like to point out one major problem. Your directions say follow the signs for the Hilton Hotel but there are no signs for the Hilton Hotel at any point on the route!!! Maybe this is a hangover from the days when the Hilton used to be on the direct route from the M11 into Stansted but at 5am in the morning, that's quite a problem to solve. I suggest you update that section of the directions as not everyone uses satnav. But customer service was good and staff were pleasant and the service is quick, efficient and relatively cheap. It was easy to find. Staff was very helpfull even at 4am! The transfer bus was on time and it only took 8 minutes to get to the airport. Great value for money and you get a free coffee!!We'll definetely use Pink Elephant again

Excellent service but please remember to leave plenty of time as the transfer buses are every half an hour

I was a bit confused about parking bay where I had to leave my car... but finally everythig was ok. Very quick transfer to/from Stansted Airport. THNX and I will use again. Rob

Car park next to Hilton Hotel. Very good no fuss service with a cup of tea thrown in. On return the bus arrived after a couple of minutes, and just a small ride you are back at your car. A simple procedure made simple.

1) Unclear where to park when entering the Hilton car park 2) Unable to exit carpark as barrier was up

Overall fair value but car is parked in a PUBLIC ACCESS hotel car park rather than the more secure facilties others offer (crucially where there is no public access; properly secure parking). Being parked in a secure area presents a much safer option as there is, then, negligible chance of damage to the vehicle (most often caused by inconsiderate others with their suitcases as they pass your car to get to theirs.) Worringly, I came back to my car to find a conspicuous note inside declaring the precise date that I would be returning. By definition then, the car had all week 'declared' to the world that I was 'still away.' This is not a poor idea in terms of customer's security as it - obviously enough - gives thieves plenty of time to target the vehicle in the knowledge you are not going to walk up to them as they do so and it goes without saying that no-one else would be interested or suspect they were up to no good. For this reason alone I would have serious reservation about using the facility again. Having said that, the solution to this 'gaping hole' of a security compromise is simple enough with an ever changing code system so that those that need to know know and those that don't need to know dont
