the only problem we had was getting to the carpark from the airport due to our late arrival --we had to get a taxi with which we were reimbursed

Buses ran every hour as said. We got bus at .1.20am and was quickly backto car. Bus stopped just outside airport,not far to walk.

Directions to find Pink Elephant could be more detailed as in exactly which exit to take on roundabout to be on right road for Hilton Hotel. Transfers were on time but probably not frequent enough 30 minutes is a long time to wait if you just miss bus. Worst aspect of parking with Pink Elephant was finding our car at 11.20pm. We were told which section and even bay number for our car but could not find car in that section and the numbers of bays which were painted on ground were almost totally worn away -they definitely need repainting- add to this it was dark and not well lit did not finish our holiday in a good way. I don't think we would use again but pay a bit extra and park elsewhere.

Very efficient check in and check out at the Hilton. Coffee much appreciated. Only negative is the half hour timings. If you arrive back (as I did) about 4 minutes after the bus has just gone, you have a 26 minute wait at the airport for the next one! Pays your money takes your choice.........

Parking our car was a very simple and efficeient process and the staff were very welcoming and polite. We would highly recommend using Pink Elephant Park & Refresh at the Hilton Hotel near Stansted Airport

The whole process worked well and took the hassle out of parking the car and the transfer to the terminal

We were initially a little anxious about leaving our keys and having the car parked for us. But everything was absolutely fine and we had nothing to worry about. It was an easy, stress free experience... a great start to our holiday. We are going away again in a few months time and if the price is right, we will park here again.

I don't really expect that much from airport parking just an efficient drop-off and pickup service in that respect it was absolutely Great airport parking easy to find. also when I left on the aeroplane I realised something about the van that had to be done and had to phone from Portugal and they took care of it... Great

The carpark is at the Hilton Hotel so really easy to find straight off the M11. The staff are friendly and it's nice to have the tea break and toilet stop before getting to the airport. Transfers were promt with a direct drop outside the airport. This is our 2nd time we've used Pink Elephant Park and Refresh and would use it again and would recommend to friends and family.

The servioce was prompt and very efficient. I would reccomend it wholeheartedly.

Will definitely use Pink Elephant Parking again. It was easy to get to, transfers to & from the airport were simple and it was cheaper than the long stay car park! Highly recommend!

Very simple effetive and reliable service. We arrived back in the UK late at night and didn't have to wait long before someone arrived to give us our car key so we could get on the road.

It is close to the airport, and the facilities are very good. Nevertheless, the bus only departures every 30 min and this is a long time waiting for such a short distance.

It would help all users if the sign to your Park was MUCH MUCH BIGGER - I missed it and ended up in the "Long Stay Car Park" I quired my entry with the attendent since the automatic VR device had not triggered a ticket, and told him that I had prebooked. The attendent said that was OK and insisted I take a tickett from the mackine; which I did. (at this stage I did not realize that I was at the wrong park) Of course on leaving the park at the end of the holiday there was an other demand for payment; this I refused to pay on the grounds that I had prebooked and payed and that the attendent should not have alowed me in on the information I had given him (niether of us had mentioned "Pink Elephant") There was an argument at the time of exit. The attendent at this time, however, I think, realized that a genuine mistate had been made on both sides, and after a telephone call to his superier, alowed us on our way. The fact remains, however, that a more noticeable sign would have helped me; after all I was looking for a "Long Stay Car Park", and did not relize that there was more than one independent car park at Stanstead Airport. The coffee service at the Hilton is much appreciated. The transfer arrangements are very good.

Good value and service overall and am pleased that date of client return is no longer on display on a card in car for all to see while owner is away. I would recommend this service.

Very pleased with all aspects of parking my car with Pink Elephant and will definatley use this service again.

Only, repeat only, area of critiscism was frequency of buses - would prefer 3 an hour rather than 2. Maybe add schedule to the confirmation email?

directions confusing if you enter postcode in sat nav it takes you to airport entrance-thank goodness for the friendly man there who redirected me- make sure you take long stay parking exit form motorway and its fine- Better Pink elephant signage would be a good idea
