This is the best parking with best service ever . Highly recommend and I definitely will use again .

First time we had used this service in preference to the Long Stay at Stansted. Brilliant - wait inside the Hilton hotel, with a free drink if you wish and most importantly nice and warm! - then off to the airport. Short walk across the coach park to the terminal and then designated times to catch the coach back on return. Transfer times good - will def use again.

It was all as it said it would be, with no unfulfilled expectations....

We were pleased with the service and facilities. The only issue was the frequency of the transfers. If the transfers were every quarter of an hour we would always book this service. But if I think the transfer will be tight I would book the normal long stay car park which is more expensive because of the more frequent buses

I left my keys at the Stansted office. When I realized this, I called the Pink Elephant helpline, they connected me to the office, the clerk found my keys and held them until I came back from holiday. A great relief. Price was 17 pounds cheaper than airport long term. Only downside was the 30 minute wait for a shuttle when we returned.

Transfers to/from airport on time; staff efficient. The only problem was finding the place at 5am in the dark; it took us sometime as there were no signs from the main road for Pink Elephant or the Hilton Hotel - an extra 15 mins up and around the terminal looking for signs. Best to follow the Long Stay carpark signs as soon as you see them, and when almost there, there is a Hilton Hotel sign. Would use again; especially now we know where they are. Don't bother with the tea/coffee; tepid and awful.

I fly from Stansted airport frequently for short visits abroad and have used many of the parking facilities. I can honestly say I find this one the best value and with its excellent security I will definitely be a regular user.

Really good service, left car in parking lot, handed in car keys,had coffee, boarded coach to airport. On return waited 20 mins, coach came,hotel no fuss in reclaim of keys, directed to where car was parked. Only slight drawback was you had to walk to car park,badly lit,had harder as it was raining and there was a lack of signs.

First class reception, bus and driver excellent. We will definately use this service again.

Great value for money and excellent customer service. Liked the fact I could leave the car at the drop off car park which is only a few steps into the Hilton Hotel. Very friendly staff and clear instructions meant it was all very stress free. Thank you so much.

The service was very good. The only downside I experienced was with regard to security as the exit barrier was open and didn't require a ticket to leave the car park.

only drawback was that the receptionist wrote the bay number on a card and didn't tell me that this was the exit ticket !!! Suggest that this blank card is printed EXIT TICKET as well as a space for thr bay number

First time we have used Pink Elephant from The Hilton Hotel at Stansted. All ran smoothly and even given a hot drink whilst waiting for the bus at the hotel.

I have used car parks at airports before, but found that this experience was better, as the coach took us from hotel direct to airport, no going round car parks dropping and picking up. The coffee facility was a nice little bonus, although I would have preferred this on my return. I would use Pink Elephant again.

The Hilton and the pink elephant parking bays were easy to find. Staff were very helpful and courteous on check in and out. The transfer bus was on time, clean and spacious. Cannot fault the service at all! Email the hotel direct to get the latest transfer times so you can time your drop off.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly (even the coach driver!. My friend, whose car we used, was alarmed at the thought of handing over the keys to his treasured vehicle on arrival but found the service exceptional and realised he had nothing to worry about! We will certainly use this service again.

The service was exactly as described. It was easier to use than the adjacent BAA long stay car park and we saved £14.

Everything was as it was supposed to be ,would use again without question,good value and excellent service

indications were clear and precise. I was able to organize my travel with very tight time schedule and all went to plan. very good service. Well done!
