Pink Elephant Park and Ride reviews

Everything went like clockwork, the staff were helpful and understood my concerns, the bus driver waited another staff member directed me to the office and in a short time I was on my way to the airport with a laugh and a joke , a good start to the holiday and it was just as good coming back, the staff again were brilliant, helpful, great experience, no hesitation in using Pink Elephant again,and I hope they will be around for a long time at Stanstead.

Highly recommend ..good value for money ..friendly staff ..secure place ..quick transfer ..very closed to the airport ..

A better experience than the midstay and although I was maybe lucky to catch the bus back to the Hilton, thus avoiding a 30 min wait, it seemed smoother than the Mid Stay connection.

I arrived early by a day, so my car wasn't actually booked in until the following afternoon, the staff were very helpful in sorting this out for me. This service was good value and efficient

I presume you do mean the Pink elephant Park at the Hilton Hotel as I only just completed a review a few days ago for FHR. Cannot fault them as everything was perfect and the gentleman who took my car and parked it and did the same on return was excellent. And a cuppa coffee too, what more could we expect.

Too many people for coach on departure transfer and difficult to find space for cases which passengers had to handle themselves.

it was nice to drive the car to reserved spaces near the main entrance to the hotel. staff were extremely helpful. it was good to have a hot drink on arrival. transfers were just a few mins journey to and from airport

Carpark is very conveniently located at the Hilton Hotel, bus ride takes roughly 10min and drop off point is right in front of the terminal building. Brilliant!

Staff were friendly and helpful, transfers were stress free and on time in both directions., unlike the ryanair flight! We will certainly use Pink Elephant again.

nice touch to have a coffee/tea provided when arriving , no problem with arrival procedure. we had to ask for directions to pick up point on arrival, was unaware that their were two levels...on the whole an easy and trouble free experience
