Instructions for finding your facility very clear. Price very good. Staff polite and efficient. Unable to find any fault!

An excellent service.It all went like clockwork and the Hilton is so easy to find.

Impressed by friendliness and helpfulness of staff but could do with a more frequent bus service.

I've often had to wait up to 15 minutes in the cold both at the terminal and at the long stay car park, for the bus to arrive. Not so Pink Elephant. Their bus was ready and waiting both times. Friendly staff. It was cheaper too . . 7 nights for £51.00. Will definitely use again.

Have never used this service before but it seems to be a good value compromise, and a definite improvement on standard Long Stay parking. Booking was dead easy online, the staff at the hotel were helpful, the coffee was hot, the buses ran on time,... everything just worked well. Would definitely use this again.

Excellent. Very quick check-in at the hotel and prompt transfer to the airport. Being able to wait indoors for the transfer bus is definately a bonus in the winter.

Only negative was that the drinks included were basic instant tea and coffee making facilities next to a Costa Coffee stand which was a bit cruel!

A friendly welcome and easy connection to the airport. But do allow the 30 minute wait for the bus to your schedule. I will use this service again.

£33 at pink elephant, BAA £48 for same 4 days, would use again for sure, friendly staff, nice to have a drink , and on return as a coffee was good before the drive home. Although for some reason Stansted parking is much more expensive than Heathrow, I would defo use Pink Elephant in the future , bye bye BAA lol

Great service. Very professional and well organised. Definitely beats parking at the airport. The opportunity to sit in the lobby of the hotel with a cup of tea is a great added bonus.

Was very surprised just how efficient and friendly the staff were even better the free coffee offered, which unfortunately we couldnt enjoy because it was time to catch the coach to the airport.

The service was really good but the bus driver was not happy a could not have been less intrested in his job Perhaps he has a bad life and Iit shows But great service

The buses were on time, the staff were friendly and helpful, the car park is easy enough to navigate. Only problem was being parked near a tree so had a few leaves but that is no big problem. And all for much cheaper than the equivelent offered by the airport.

I'd use this service again as it is so easy and close to the airport it even included a complementary drink while waiting for the bus which runs every half hour

I drove to the hilton, left my keys, jumped on the hilton bus to the airport without problems. When I returned from holiday at 11:45pm I had to wait 15 minutes at Stansted Airport for the Hilton Bus to arrive, waited 5-10 minutes on the bus for it to leave, the journey took about 6-10 minutes. Walked to elephant reception in Hilton, picked up my key then walked to the end of the car park, which took a couple minutes walk, then drove home. It was quite simple, my car was returned without damage, they used a paper sheet to not dirty my floor. In conclusion, I wish it was cheaper and considering the reliability of the Hilton bus coming every thirty minutes I would rather wait than have the hassle of relying on someone to drop my car off at the airport when I return which Im sure can be a pain. Good option to leave car at airport a little cheaper than long stay car park.

Parking at the Hilton was straight forward. Keys left with parking staff. Liked the fact that we got the bus & it was straight to Departures, no further pick ups. Same with the return journey - joined the bus & straight to the Hilton to collect car. So nice not having stop at other drops -

always used the long stay before but this is so much better straight into the Hilton to grab a coffee and wait for the bus will use again in 3 weeks time

We arrived to extremely friendly staff, who were full of the joys of Christmas and seeing it was very early in the morning, this was fantastic and refreshing to see. We were given coffee while waiting for the transfer bus. I would highly recommend this parking service to friends and family who may be flying from Stansted.
