Received an emai l before departure with bus times so could work out when to get to airport. Free coffee welcome on arrival!

The site was very easy to find. The actual areas to park in were a bit confusing but I was directed by a helpful coach transfer driver.Coaches ran regularly and all staff were cheerful and helpful. My only adverse comment would be a request for more informative signs about parking areas. I did not realise that I could park almost anywhere on site and was worried that I may incur a charge by parking in another companies area. The Pink Elephant sign seemed to indicate only one small area.

when I got back to collect my car I found the battery was dead. thanks to your helpful staff I was on my way in no time. many thanks and will see you again.

regular bus transfer service only few mins from airport and return collection fast n reliable

On arrival there were no spaces to leave the car in and I was forced to drive round for around 15 - 20 minutes at around 5 o'clock in the morning to find a space. Then there was a huge queue to sign in. No cups offered for coffee.

Good value and customer service. However car was rather muddy when collected on return to UK.

All airport parking is expensive (in my view) but the Pink Elephant service is, by comparison, better value than others that we have tried.

If you need to park your car near Stansted Airport Pink Elephant is the 1 I would use again and recommend to others

Only thing which I would suggest is to have transfers more times per hour. I went there after 4.30am, and I had to wait 25min for a bus - for someone who is scheduled for flight etc., even tho it was punctual - could be more often. All in all - happy & defo will be back ! Thanks Guys!

All fine. No problems at all. Was a bit worried about transfers as I was arriving at 4am but all fine. Transfer time information a bit unclear. Great though otherwise. Would use again.

Very close to the airport, drops off right outside the airport also. Free coffee available and if you want a better coffee Costa is located there aswell. Bus was quick and easy and the drivers were helpful, I will be using them again

Excellent service, if you do park in the wrong place, pink elephant move it. Better signage needed in and outside the hotel. Coffee welcome.

Good service and friendly staff. Little confusing inside the hotel as signs to the car park office are small. The voucher for coffee not for all passengers (5 people on the ticket , only 2 coffees). Short and fast transfer to the airport, good value for money.

Thank you Pink Elephant for helping to make my trip so much easier. I felt happier knowing that my vehicle was in safe hands!

With transfers only every 30 mins its a real pain if you just miss one!

The parking is easy to find and quite local to Stansted Airport. My only misgiving was a concern over what might happen if my flight were delayed as the parking closes at 1.00am, but that didn't happen. Stansted Aiport is generally quite an expensive airport for parking, but Pink Elephant offered a good price and I would use them again.

Had no problem finding the right parking bay based on the instructions provided. Staff were helpful and friendly and everything went as planned.

The return bus left early and so had to wait over 1/2 hour in the cold and wet. Car was parked a long way from the hotel and signage and lighting quite poor. No time to experience the free drinks because bus was about to leave but vouchers were not offered for use on return. Not my best experience of airport parking.
